Classic RV Full Hookup

Great sites. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and even had a pet wash. Full hook ups and the yurts really made us want to come stay in those sometime. Will be back in a few weeks.

Rain cancellation…?

Absolutely no communication whatsoever. We tried to cancel our reservation due to rain….i sent a message, but absolutely no response. We were so wet and hungry after camping in the rain up the CA and OR coast that we ended up getting a hotel room….and a restaurant dinner. Really couldn’t afford to just let the reservation go. But no one responded!

The host is friendly and knows the area. The place is very clean. They were mindful with how many campers were there and allowed space so we were secluded. They're friendly to rooftop tent camping as well.

Prefect little getaway!

The set up was really cute! I loved how many different options there were depending on what type of adventure you want. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. It had a little bit of everything and was perfect for our stay. My only complaint would be that I wish the water in the shower was warmer. The place had good heaters though so that made up for it. Otherwise it was a great place and I can't wait to stay here again.

Overall, had a great time, loved the easy and pretty beach access. The room looked like the pic, but the amenities were not as advertised during our stay there anyway. also walls are thin so keep that in mind.

Captain Tiny Home

We had a wonderful stay at Pacific Dunes Resort! Our young twin boys absolutely loved the tiny house and the big sandbox at the center of the park, while our pup was welcomed with ease—truly a dog-friendly spot. The beach is just a short walk away and was absolutely lovely. We went in thinking it might be a little nicer, but considering it’s a campground with lots of sand, it turned out to be really great and just what we needed. The resort’s location also worked perfectly for us: close to Ocean Shores, and just a bit further to the beautiful Lake Quinault. Having the Green Lantern Pub and a grocery mart nearby made things extra convenient. All in all, it was the perfect weekend escape for our whole family. Highly recommend!

Good vision, bad execution, dirty!

The good: 1. The beach access is lovely, the short walk to the wide open WA coast is truly delightful: the bridge, the dunes, the solitude. Nice. 2. The clientele was low-key and courteous, mindful of quiet hours, and for the two nights we were there, everyone kept to themselves. 3. Alex - I'm not sure if she is the property manager, but she was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. When we found the shared bathhouse to be unsuitable to our needs she helped us identify a vacant accommodation on the property. A genuinely nice and helpful person! 4. Charlie Tent - we only entered for a few minutes to check it out, and it seemed to match the expectation set on the site. We did not end up staying there as we could not see using the shared bathhouse. The bad: which was very bad 1. The "luxury bathhouse" is amongst the worst I have ever encountered. Unusable. The sink area, the toilet areas, the shower stalls, the floors - every surface was disgusting. The smell was intolerable, there were smears and sticky pools of unknown substances everywhere, it was filthy. 2. We stayed in a Queen Studio Suite w/ Kitchenette and it had potential to be adorable - but again, it was pretty grubby. Food particles from previous renters in fridge and on surfaces, ants everywhere, the water smelled...bad! Pacific Dunes shows up well online and for social media but needs quite a bit of work to reach the promise being sold by Jet Hospitality. Focusing on cleanliness would be a great start.

A really nice spot available to a variety of camping/clamping styles. Facility was good. Bathrooms could use a boost but they’re perfectly functional. Donna who is new (grounds keep) there greeted us, and we think she’s a keeper along with Bolton, her akita. Only caveat was the landscaper peeled through the place in his truck with trailer, clearly with attitude. I am sure they could do better. Also easy and nice access to the ocean!

Coastal Beach Treasure

Pacific Dunes Resort was our favorite campground! Loved the bath house and sink for washing dishes. Camp staff were very friendly and loved the coffee she made for us! The proximity of the beach was so great! Thank you! Our grandsons loved searching for treasures and indeed found some!

Classic RV Full Hookup

My overall review is “meh”. It’s fine but definitely not as described. The WiFi never worked, the bathrooms and showers were pretty dirty and it is in general need of more maintenance and repair. Easy walk to the beach. The reviews I read mentioned the tight spaces for RVs and that is something that folks should consider. We have a modest camper trailer (no slide outs) and with our awning open we were about 2 inches from the other camper so not ideal. Lots of unused spaces so not sure why they had us so close to others. Close to the nice grocery store and the green lantern pub which was better than expected. We paid for 3 nights and left after 2. Never saw the coffee shop/store onsite open. Friendly people working there but only so much they can do.

Quiet location but very small spots

The WiFi was down for the entirety of our stay but we enjoyed the location . Bathrooms were always dirty but we made it work. Also the camp sights were some of the smallest and tightest I have ever seen in my life so I probably won’t be returning and won’t be recommending it to anyone for that reason alone

Great spot! This was a full RV hookup site with amenities including a play area, bathhouse, and coffee shop/bodega. A short walk to the ocean for prime play time and star gazing. The RV spots are very close together and the grill was well-loved.

I've been a guest at Pacific Dunes each year and plan to make it a return destination for a long time to come. It's been great to see the property expand to have cabins and park models that you can rent, in addition to full RV hookups. Wifi is a plus, and the small store is such a great touch - you can grab a beer or a bottle of wine and enjoy your evening. Thanks as always!

Everything you need at Pacific Dune

First Mate Tiny Home

Overall, our experience was satisfactory, we rented 3 tents and a tiny home. The tiny home cleanliness was subpar; the oven and stove did not work. One of the tents pull out sofa was full of dog food and the wood stove was on the smaller side which would not allow for a piece of wood that was supplied to fit and the door close which resulted in a very cold night. The concept of the facility and options of different accommodations is great. Overall, the sight needs some love and attention. It would help if you had more than one person running the office, making coffee, and cleaning rooms. It is too much for one person and your customers to have a good experience.

Very tight quarters

The camping spaces are only big enough for your RV 27-30 ft long. Our picnic table was literally 5 ft from the neighbors septic hose with no other option except to get closer. The highlight of this campground is the wonderful path to the Ocean! No need to drive 😊 Great for a one or two night trip but any longer and I’d need a relaxing space around my RV and that wasn’t possible here.

We had such a wonderful time staying the Glamping tents! Walk to the beach was perfect! So much fun with all our friends and family! One note I would like to add, this they need more employees working throughout the day! 1 lady to clean all the tents, hotels, restrooms, tiny houses, answer guest's questions and run the coffee shop was definitely not enough assistance!

Great area!

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean when arrived. Great accommodations! Alex was a wonderful host and went out of her way when she had to jump my car. She was so friendly. Easy access to the beach. I would come back again!
