This is a lovely RV site! You can hook up to water and electricity without the busyness of an RV park. The site is just a few minutes drive from Deception Pass state park, making it a really convenient place to stay. The property is easy to get to, but felt very quiet and peaceful. I definitely recommend staying here, especially in the summer, when the blackberries are ripe!

I didn’t know exactly where it was located until we arrived and was really happy with the location being centrally located between oak harbor and Anacortes, we discovered the ALA spit just down the road from the site, it’s a beach with very few people, we went for walks there almost every morning. Mark and Kimberly were really nice (kids to us). Clean and easy to find and get hooked up. Loved it

Great base camp!
Loved out quick stay here while we went out and explored Whidbey Island. Water and electric hookup and a quiet area. Very peaceful stay.

This was a wonderful place to camp, with friendly hosts, and a scenic, quiet spot. I had electricity and water for my RV hook ups, which was super convenient. The location was perfect for my fishing adventures

Just a nice clean easy pull off the road kind of place. Blackberry grove had welcoming reclining chairs and little bunnies to greet us also.
Road sounds and dog barking were part of the evening, but eventually it was perfectly silent for sleeping.
This is a great location for playing at Deception point for the day.

We had a great night camping on Kimber & Mark's land in our truck camper. We were the only campers, and had a nice grassy space bordered by giant blackberry hedges. It was simple and quiet, just what we needed.

We had a lovely time at Kimber and Mark’s site. It was a holiday weekend and we didn’t think we could find such a nice spot for our spontaneous trip. The fire pit and chairs were a nice touch and the port-a-potty was very clean and well maintained.

I traveled into whidbey island from Arizona for my daughter's wedding towing my conversion cargo trailer after downgrading my life to see if relocating back to Washington was in the cards. I came across Mark and Kimber on neighbors.com as a solution in dropping of this trailer after it's first haul of 3000 miles. That's when I discovered hipcamp and this property participates in car camping nomads to a safe, secured location to enjoy the fruits of their labor and a beautiful spot on whidbey! (Tent and RV camps available) Friendly, community oriented entrepreneurs, offering opportunities to explore the area while camping! Highly recommend 👌 oh and the also have a car detailing business on sight. Talk about a gem of a find. Godsend!

We enjoyed the blackberries, The visit from a deer and fawn, quail family , bunnies and song birds. We were greeted by Mark and they provided a fire pit and chairs for around it. The port spotty was a 10/10.

A great relaxing stay, about 3 miles from Deception Pass. Our paved site had water and power, and was easy to get in and out of. Plus, we had use of the beautiful gazebo/sitting area and gas fire pit. Very nice hosts! My husband and I were fishing during the days and just chilling at our site in the evenings. I would definitely come back!

Space is quiet , semi private and flat . It’s really nice to have a very clean port a John available. The fire ring and zero gravity chairs were great for a cozy fire. The hosts are very communicative and clearly take pride/care of their space. Lots of nature , it was great ! We loved it!

Mark & Kimber are great hosts! This was a great base camp for exploring the trails and beaches around Deception Pass park. The site itself is well equipped with gazebo and fire pit. You’ll frequently hear the Navy aircraft overhead, but that’s just part of being in this area.

Kimber and Mark we exceptional hosts! We had a celebration of life to go to on the island. This was a perfect location. Quiet and deer walking thru. We want to come back, maybe make it a tradition. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hosts. Great communication and lovely property. The RV space (30A, water) was paved and felt quite private since it was a ways from the house. Area is very hilly, so the site took a lot of blocks to level, but I made due. Cell isn't great but the much-appreciated wifi worked well. In a nice neighborhood and on a large lot. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent spot for trailer camping. Very close to Deception Pass State Park. Nice big area with various spots you can park any size trailer. Nice big open area for kids to play etc. The fire pit and porta-pot are nice amenities.
