Welcome to our paradise and enjoy forest bathing which can reduce stress, lower blood pressure and improve sleep quality, which our guests are saying they experience here. Located 1,000 feet from the National Forest and Wilderness areas. We handle singles to big gatherings. Except for the Hosts, you have the whole Property to yourself and choice of 1-4 sites (price varies, ask), Bunk House, 5th Wheel, your Tent or RV, on 2/3 of an acre with 150' of riverfront access, cabin porch, firepit, BBQ, Toilet, Mens Urinals, and breathtaking views of Mt Pilchuck framed by tall trees along the Riverbank. Heavily wooded with big trees and really private and quiet. 120/240 Power. Modern Bathroom with flush toilet. Portable water. River fish include Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Steelhead, Salmon, Chinook, Coho, and Sockeye, & Dolly Varden. Things to do: -Enjoying our Paradise. -Floating, Wading, swimming, -Trout Fishing. -Wildlife Watching. Things within 10 minutes: -Fish ladders on the left side as you drive to camp. you might also like to walk on both sides of the bridge for a breath-taking view of the canyon. -Granite Falls (at Fish Ladders). -Ice Caves. - Some of the best Dog Friendly hiking trails and lakes in the USA. -The small town has just about all the basic needs and a ACE Hardware store, Market, Drug store, and Museum. all within 1-2 blocks. Sweet. Enjoy...!!! Haul your trash out or pay me the $25 trash fee I'm charged. Trailer Dump Fee $50. RV's: * I suggest you use the far side of the road and, line your rig up to my driveway when you go in and out of the gate and be mindful of Trailer rear end swing when going through the gate. * Your RV spot is in front of the vacant 5th wheel. If you need help log in to my WiFi and call me, I’m very experienced and can help direct you from my Ring security camera. * RV's: Contact me if you need portable or non portable water which may or not be available depending on water supplies. Feel free to use anything in the yard, porch deck, Chairs and Toilet in Bunk House... including games and things at the rear of the 5th wheel. Fire Ban is usually on during the Summer, but small camp cooking fires are still allowed. DO NOT leave fire unattended. Come enjoy our bit of Paradise.

We own 2/3 of an acre with about 50' of riverfront access. You will have access to the whole property with exception of the cabin and 5th wheel. A real Bathroom, 2 Men's Urinals inside and outside. There is a nice propane BBQ available to you (please clean it for the next guest) and a fire pit to use even during a burn ban. Firewood included. Direct access to the river from the property so you can put your chairs right in the water. Level raises and lowers just like any river. Perfect for swimming, fishing, relaxing. Guests will enjoy 1 acre to themselves, Perfect for Weddings, and family get togethers. We do allow by special request for more that one RV or Camp site at a time if they are a family on a case by case basis. Property is in a housing development so there are neighbors that you never see because we are heavily wooded. It is still really private and quiet, especially by the river. 20/50 amp Power is available. potable water. Please haul trash out with you or pay me $30 County dump fee.

Why set up and take down camp when you can have a 10x12 Bunk House that can hold 3-4 camping cots (2 come with the Bunk House), a real Bathroom, 2 Men's Urinals inside and outside. Sink, Water, Heater, small Refrigerator, 120 and USB power, and plenty windows with river view. Sits on the edge of our open grassy river activity area and best camping spot we offer other than a tent right at rivers edge. Great place for the kids or extra guest to stay. Great for Mother/Daughter or Father/Son outings. Currently under Construction and opening date scheduled for Spring. Contact me for more information.

This site combines the "Riverfront Camping" (Tent or RV) site and the "Bunk House" site. The Bunkhouse has lots of view windows, 2-4 camping cots, heater, a real Bathroom, 2 Men's Urinals inside and outside, and 120/240, USB power. Room for 4 cots or several sleeping bags. This is a great place/shelter to stay instead of pitching a tent and setting up a campsite, or for the kids or extra guest to stay. Great for Mother/Daughter or Father/Son outings.

Enjoy the stunning snowcapped mountain view of this romantic stress free river in the Forest with big trees that is private and quiet. Our guests say they have improved sleep quality. Canyon creek includes several species of game fish and is good for floating or taking a dip. 90' of riverfront access. Breath taking view of Mt Pilchuck framed by tall trees along the River banks. Feel free to use the cabin porch, firepit, BBQ, and the whole property. Firewood available on site to buy. 2 Fire pits and Big Propane BBQ. River warms up in July and people fish, wade and float in it. All chairs and Cabin Porch Deck are for guest use while they are here. All games, Dog toys, and Poop-Pick-upper are for Guest use while they are here. ........ Direct access to the river from the property so you can put your chairs right in the water. We may or may not be on the property during your stay. If you prefer to have it totally to yourself just let us know. So far, everyone wanted us, and had a nice visit that was extra special for everyone. If the Gate is closed, open and come in. If locked, you will be given the code. Once in its up to you if you want to close it. All my neighbors have never had any problems and this has a reputation of a safe HOA neighborhood. When walking we wave to one another. Park where you want on the driveway area. Other things to note Many people have found this to be a very beautiful special wonder land of wonderlands. Come enjoy. Marvin was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We loved the peaceful sounds of the river and getting the chance to do some fishing. While we weren't able to catch anything this time, we had a blast and will be back again!

We had a great time at Marvin's River camp. It was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The river is so peaceful. We walked in it, floated it and even tried to catch a fish. Marvin and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. Especially with backing the trailer in as well as offering up suggestions on how to upgrade our trailer for a better travel experience. We are new to trailer travel so it was nice to get info from an experienced person. My family is looking forward to booking another weekend.

We loved our weekend here! We had a small issue upon arrival but as soon as we reached out to Marvin, he was on his way to assist! The place was beautiful, the water was perfect temperature, and the views were incredible! We'll be back again!

Riverfront Camping on Canyon Creek
When I drove through the gate at Marvin's property, it was like I arrived at my own personal park on the river. Beautiful clean landscape with lots of quiet shady spots. I couldn't get over how warm the river water was. My dog and I really enjoyed playing and splashing in the river. The site is truly relaxing, fun and therapeutic. Marvin is a great host. Caring and great at communicating any details you need to know. Cannot wait to come back. Thanks Marvin!

An excellent spot for a spontaneous weekend away with my kids. The property is well cared for and the trailer pad is level and quite large. My son loved playing in the river. Marvin was an excellent host. If you have a larger trailer then I'd recommend backing in from the road. I pulled in forwards and was able to turn my 24ft trailer, but it was tight.

Very clean and tidy. It is in a neighborhood but once you pull in the driveway it is very private and the river is great. Chad gave good instructions the day before we got there. It was nice having a clean barbecue already setup to use.

We stay here often and can’t say enough about it. The river is beautiful, they have added gravel and the RV spot is perfectly flat, a bbq you can use, and great patio lights to light up the site in the evening. Great location and perfect WiFi if you need to get work done. Great spot. Will always return!

What an amazing stay and what a beautiful slice of heaven. It’s no wonder why Chads property is always booked- it’s by far our most favorite hipcamp and just 50 min away from Seattle. Chad and Amy were great hosts, very welcoming and kind but our most favorite part of our stay was being greeted by their adorable golden retriever, Louie. If you’re looking to getaway from the busy campsites, look no further…. All I can say is WOW!

This will be the 3rd time we have been back to Chad’s and it just keeps getting better. This little spot on the river never disappoints. In rain or shine this place is a great place to curl up and get some reading done, watch the river or even do a bit of work (there is great wifi). The property is so close to the city you can duck out midway through a work day and finish up by the river! What could be better!

What a spectacular little spot Chad has! We stay at a lot of Hipcamps and this spot may be one of our favorites. The river was perfect to take a dip in, the neighbors were so nice and the quite was much appreciated. What a slice of heaven! Chad was easy to communicate with and has kept up the property so well. Fantastic stay! We will be coming back!

Peaceful and lovely. My 7 yo loved climbing all over the rocks on the side of the creek, but I wouldn’t advise folks with younger kids stay here unless you are comfortable watching your kids like a hawk the whole time. Very quiet and serene. Pondering staying by myself sometime for some solo r&r.

Beautiful location with direct access to the creek on the property. We were given access to the porch of the cabin which was a great place to sit and enjoy the creek and to set up a table for meals. The sounds of the creek and birds was very peaceful. We checked out Granite Falls which was a 5-minute drive, and we also went to a lavender farm and visited the town of Arlington, both were within a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host was excellent. We loved our stay and plan to return again.

Chad’s campsite was perfect for what I was looking for. Great spot for a travel trailer with a few steps to the river! The very best part is the beautiful views of Mount Pilchuck. The use of the deck of the cabin was really nice too. The string lights that come on at night add some nice charm and ambiance. The gravel was really nice especially since our first night way rainy. The movable fire pit was easy easy to move and pretty, I was very happy to use it. Chad was a great host who communicates well and makes you feel well cared for. I look forward to coming in the summer with my family. Thanks again Chad!

Great camping spot and fabulous hosts! Spot is a shared space right on the river. Really good location for fishing, hiking and relaxing. Chad and Amy were super helpful providing extension cords and other miscellaneous things we forgot. Plus a surprise mimosa in the morning!
