I'll be there at the red barn then will guide you to your campsite. Ok, so, we're on a total of 30+ acres, with over 1,000 feet of the Pilchuck River running through our property. Your choice of a sandy beach, or a rocky beach, as well as forest land to explore. We often see deer, hawks, bald eagles, blue herons, beavers, as well as other wildlife living on, or roaming through our beautiful land. Feel free to float the river, enjoy a picnic, host a bbq, put in a game of horseshoes, roam, explore, or simply lay in the hammock all day. We're just a few short miles from the falls @ Granite Falls, as well as many local hiking trails. Or, if you prefer the lake, we are just a couple minutes from beautiful Lake Stevens. Of course dogs are welcome, however we ask that you keep them leashed as to avoid potential conflict with other guests or pets. On that note, 5'x5' kennels are available upon request, if you would like, for a small fee. Firewood bundles also available onsite. Lastly - DO NOT use the coordinates that Hipcamp provides. Best kept secret!
The Beach was so great! Joe was so hospitable and helpful. Super dog- friendly. The river is shallow enough to take a cool dip and escape this heat! We will definitely be back and have already told so many friends about this hidden magical spot! ❤️

Amazing stay as always. Already can't wait to return in 3 weeks. Love this place and love Joe. This time we brought my parents who are over from England and they had such a great time and would love to go again.

Outstanding experience! Joe was an excellent host and it wouldnt have been as welcoming if it weren’t for Joe very clean and nice camping areas and a nice river to cool down and take a dip in when it gets to warm. Take note that we had one of the bigger spots and it was perfect. There are many spots on the river bank and some in the woods. The first spot is a bit small and not has private. Includes porta potties and a nice community spot by one of the camp spots, however, it was currently reserved for a few days. If you’re ever missing something joe goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything. He has a well and he allows guests to refill jugs. He is a fun spirit and we loved having him as a host. He also does dog boarding in his own time! We had 2 of our pitties out there with us and they loved it! The kennel he has available are big and perfect for our puppies. Make sure to bring bug spray but if not Joe will most likely have some on hand for y’all to borrow. There’s a spot down the ways called Ok mill bridge swimming hole we enjoyed that spot the most. It might be crowded but don’t be scared to just cross the river. There are shallower spots on the river. That’s what we did and walked a little ways down it and was perfect! We loved our stay! Thank you Joe for making our camping trip amazing!

Best Host and Stay Ever!!!
Joe is the best host known to mankind! Not to mention his land is beautiful and very well kept. He will take care of you in every sense of the word, giving ice cream to the kiddos, lending river floaties to campers, as well as offering to pick up anything you may have forgot to pack! Truly can’t recommend him enough. My friends and I had a lovely time on his land and can’t wait to visit again!
