It’s a lovely view and quiet spot. Peaceful neighbors as this is in a gated residential neighborhood with neighbors on either side.

Lakefront Rainbow Retreat
I stayed here with my wife for a couple nights in a tent. It was very nice! The spot feels very private and you can catch some really great sunset views. All the amenities were as posted and worked well. We loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit at night. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly, willing to accommodate rescheduling our trip due to low air quality on our original date. I recommend this spot for anyone looking for some cozy, private camping!

The site itself is clean and has a couple really nice amenities: a raised platform with furniture to sit on, a sink to do dishes at, and a clean porta potty. There’s also a gate, which makes it feel secure. But, it was really hard for me to get past the idea that this is in a neighborhood. I did not realize how much so until I arrived. Unfortunately too, the dock really wasn’t a place you could hang out, as it’s a little bit too small and the part that really protrudes into the water is pretty unstable. Communication was great, directions were great, and overall this could probably work for a lot of people.
The host is great, the location is amazing and for the right kind of group - possibly perfect. It has electricity and sink for dish washing, a wooden platform, a gas fireplace coffee table (bring own gas) and a cool pond nearby. We wanted to do stargazing and unfortunately for us - treed area was an obstacle, but for others it is a shade. I also thought this was more isolated based on photos - but is is in a small settlement (houses around) - this is more of a building lot that was never occupied by a building, so again - for what I wanted this was not it, but it does not reflect poorly on the property and the host, just my own preferences of what I thought I was getting. Great based on get around the area with many lakes and ocean access (30 minutes from the site). Great experience overall.

Cute little place to relax! The lake is nice and quiet and the stars are amazing. The lake is full of lily pads, so would not recommend a trolling motor, but paddle boarding and rowing was fine! The propane fire pit, deck, and outdoor sink were nice touches and the portipotty was the cleanest I’ve seen.
Just some things to keep in mind, this is vacant property in a neighborhood, so there is a lot of noise from neighbors just enjoying their home. Not the Hipcamp fault, but if you are looking for silence, this isn’t it. Also, we have a 33ft trailer and it fits great, but getting in/out (depending on which time you decide to back out) is tricky because the road is really only one car width and you have to navigate around trees, mailboxes, and in our case trash cans on the street. So just a heads up! It’s doable, but was a little nerve wracking!

We loved our quiet stay here. We discovered so many hikes to lakes in the area. Highly recommend!!!
It was a perfect night getaway nice and private lot of land right on the lake. Not sure if there are fish in the lake but it looks promising. The bathroom was nice and clean and the use of the sink was really nice as well.

This is a great piece of property in a neighborhood with a little dock on a small lake. The wood deck and fire pit were so nice to hangout and relax around. Getting in and out was seamless and easy. The only thing was the water hookup is on the other side of the property than the electric hookup but the included hose was perfect and made set up easy. We would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful ans well maintained site with privacy fence and waterfront. Evenings watching waterfowl in the pond was relaxing. A great little hideaway with nice amenities.

We had a wonderful stay! The waterfront view is absolutely stunning—I could have stared at it all day. It was such a joy to see so many birds, including waterfowl, visiting the site so frequently. The ground is covered in a beautiful, lush carpet of clover that felt great underfoot. Plus, the tall trees provide plenty of shade, which I imagine would make it very comfortable even in the peak of summer. Highly recommended!

This spot is so special. Really beautiful clover reaching to cute little lake. Elevated wood platform with bench seat and WORKING gas fire pit. Nice to chill there in eve listening to the birds and frogs. String lights available and working (yay) for ambiance. Very clean porta potty. Water available. Hosts were awesome. We cannot wait to come back and we highly recommend it to all of you.
