My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The view was incredible, the host provided kayaks and a paddle board. The directions were very clear and it looked exactly as the pictures do! We felt like we had our own space and enjoyed every second!

Awesome camp site! The noise others mention from the road is hardly noticeable from the campsites. From the beach and on the water itâs much easier to hear as it echoes around the inlet. The cooking set up provided is very cool. I brought a cast iron pan to use and it worked great. Be aware, really only space for 3 tent locations, the 3 sites they mention. Two are just barely large enough for a 4 person tent. One is small, and can only fit a smaller 2 person tent. Thereâs plenty of space around the campsite, itâs just not flat ground good for a tent. Overall the bio and other reviews set expectations well, itâs a great location and I would stay again!

Incredible spot! Everything is set up so beautifully.
The hike from parking to the campsite is a bit of a hill, like the directions state, so keep that in mind when booking. The provided cart works great for hauling.

This was one of the most beautiful spots we've camped in Washington! The spot was very spacious and worked perfectly for us! We loved all the amenities but overall the view was our favorite part! It was so peaceful and we loved watching the tide go out and back in!

Wow. This spot was incredible. The property is well maintained, private, and had beautiful views. We could have easily spent several days here watching the seals and kayaking around the inlet. It was a special experience. Some reviewers complained about the sound of the road, but it was far enough away it really wasnât a bother. It was easy to tune out. We definitely got a work out in unloading and loading our gear to and from the site, but we expected to do that and once we were set it up we were glad to have all our needs met. It is absolutely worth the short hike. We hope to camp here again next year. Thank you, Brittany!

Our group had such a great time at Evergreen Edge Escape. The site is right on the water and we watched seals swim up and down as the tide changed. Allowing great access to launch kayaks (which was provided by the host!).
The directions were clear and easy to navigate to the property. The road down to the trail is totally do able with the right vehicle and the cart was very helpful. Big bonus was our group was able to bring our dogs and play on the beach during low tide.

I really adored this spot, its so perfect for a family weekend or nights with friends. There are 3 spots for your tents that are well spaced out and the amenities and activities made it feel so well taken care! What a special place! The fire pit was perfect to cook over, just have to bring your own propane and the CART...oh my that cart was a beautiful amenity for helping get everything from the car down to the spot.
Only thing to watch out for is the tide! We luckily got some kayak time in because by the next morning, the tide was completely out - which is all noted within the Important Information :) So best to arrive to get that time in!

My partner and I had a wonderful time!! The location is beautiful and we saw jellyfish, deer and seals!! We used the kayaks during sunset which was such a fun perk. We would recommended bringing rain boots if you want to walk on the beach when the tide is out, but be careful because it is super muddy :) there is a downhill hike to the site, but we brought an extra folding wagon which made less trips for us.

I pitched a 4 person tent at site 1. It was a pretty incredible view. There was a short hike down to the site, at parts steep, but I was warned and not surprised. The cart was super helpful and reduced trips immensely. Overall this was a beautiful location and I would recommend.

OMG. Ya'll I was worried about this spot initially, per other reviews it is a little difficult to get to (it is steep) and the trail instructions are a little confusing (i'll take blame for some of that, I didn't read the instructions well enough). But the kayaking in the bay is WELL worth it. We waited for high tide, pushed our kayaks out and managed to hang with 4 harbor seals for HOURS. We stayed a safe distance away, but they frolicked around us until the sunset.
Was truly a magical experience and well worth any hassle!

Beautiful spot.
The driveway is steep, but short. My Ford Ranger 4wd had no issues.
The hike from the parking area to the camp site is also a bit steep, but we had packed condensly with this is mind.
Totally worth it!
Everything was well marked and easy to understand and get to.
We loved the propane fire pit and cooking assembly so much that we might buy our own!
We super appreciated being able to use on-site kayaks.
We loved watching the wildlife. We saw deer and seals and crabs.
It's a perfect spot for an off-leash dog. Very private.
There is road noise, but it was easy to block out and feel isolated.

Camping on Brittany's land was great! The location was serene and the views were beautiful. We loved looking out over the inlet and watching the wildlife and the tide come in and out. The propane firepit was excellent and very fun and easy to cook over. Overall, it was a fantastic couple of days.
Others have mentioned it, but be aware that the trail from where you park down to the campsite is quite steep. There is a wagon provided to help, but even with the wagon it's quite a bit of work to lug your gear down and back, so I recommend packing light!

Beautiful setting. . Kayaks, fire pit & composting toilet are nice amenities. Hosts were clear w expectations and clarified when theyâd be available is we needed any.My group read all info beforehand so we expected a steep ( 4wd type) driveway to parking. We knew a cart was provided to cart gear on what was described as a rustic gently sloped 400 foot trail to the campsite. However , the slope has steeper sections w uneven footing and rocks +2 narrow hairpin turns - sketchy even w a light load. Its necessary to haul in a propane tank & all H20-just the weight of those items on the less gentle parts of the slope were making the cart tippy /difficult to control. Iâm an experienced backpacker/ accustomed to rough trails / long distance hucking so hauling my tent, bag , pad ,clothing etc in my pack to camp was no problem at all. Had we all been backpackers and used the site like a backcountry site, w backpack stoves, dehydrated food etc it wouldâve been fine but this site is problematic/labor intensive to reach w car camp gear.
Site is also loud- constant sound of trucks on nearby Hwy - plus, residences are nearby, and sadly a nearby dog loudly barked - no exaggeration - every few seconds all afternoon and all night long- not the hosts fault, but informing campers of this possibility is important. Our group loves dogs , but this poor dog yelped and barked loudly every 10 to 15 seconds for 12 hours straight, none of us slept much because of it.

Such an incredible spot. The site is beautiful, private, quiet, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras (picnic table, kayaks, chairs, fire pit). The site was a bit hard to find as there is no number sign, just three orange ribbons. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had such a lovely time at this beautiful spot! It was very peaceful and such a beautiful view. The driveway definitely is steep so 4W drive was very helpful. It can be a bit of a steep hike from the parking spot to the campsite so be sure to pack in a way where you donât have to take too many trips! The propane fire pit, picnic table, and composting toilet were all great additions. There is some road noise but for the most part it was very quiet, we could see and hear lots of birds and wild life. Great spot!

We had an amazing time at this campsite. I love to camp in places that are private and this was exactly that. It even has its own beach. My kids loved playing in the water and digging up rocks and shells. The kayaks provided are super easy to launch and are right by the stairs to the water. Most of the afternoon the tide was out, so if you plan to kayak make sure you check the tide first, which the listing does mention. We kayaked at sunset and in the morning. The water and tent sites are down the hill, there was a wagon provided though that made packing stuff in and out much easier. Also to note that the driveway down to the lot is a bit steep so make sure you bring a 4wd vehicle like the listing says. Our truck had no problems up or down. Another perk to this lot is location. Itâs basically right outside of town. It was a great time, we will definitely be back.

I have had many positive Hipcamp experiences. We love to take our small camper van and experience new places and the fact that it was on the water and our dog could be off leash made this location more appealing. The photos are of a very small portion of the property. The driveway is very steep (4x4 is recommended) and currently from the road it ends in a flattened area with a large slash pile. If you are not tent camping your view is of the slash pile. The road is not wide enough to park safely above the gravel driveway. If you are tent camping you will need to take all of your things down a trail to the waters edge (including your own propane tank for the small propane fire pit). The cleared tent areas are rough with rocks and roots.

Great place just out of town to escape. Watching the tide come in was relaxing, hanging by the campfire enjoying dinner and the sunset! Great place for well behaved off leash dogs.

We had a great stay! Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back in the summer. Great spot close to Olympia but still felt so tranquil and away from it all. Being on the inlet is a dream. Worked great for our camper van. No problems getting in or out even with the steep driveway. Canât wait to come back!
