Beverly was quick to respond and she greeted us as we entered. The space was easily accessible with plenty of room. Gorgeous views!

This is a great spot for a restful night or use as a base to explore Leavenworth. I stayed on a Saturday night and enjoyed the live music from across the street. Then had a quiet and peaceful night. And had good enough cell service (Verizon) to stream a program. Perfect! Thanks Beverly!

We had a wonderful time at Bev’s place! The camping area was clean and beautiful! Our dog also loved the open field and had so much fun. Beverly is a great host and was quick to respond to all our needs. Thank you!

Camp Happy Dogs was an understatement. Our dogs were in heaven the whole weekend. They ran free and were absolutely exhausted by day 2. We loved the site, very private with a beautiful view. Across the street from the Hardware Store and market. Had lunch at the cafe and the food was really good. Can’t wait to go back.

Plain Camp
Had a great holiday weekend at the property! The winery across the road had concerts Friday and Saturday night and it set a beautiful background for the evening! Farmer’s market across the street on Saturday and the convenience of the hardware store and small town grocery store in the center as well. Lots of room for the dogs to roam and very peaceful!

Great spot! It's right across the street from all that Plain has to offer and very close to nearby leavenworth. Lots of cute little nooks to park along with tables and benches. Bev is lovely and there is plenty of room for pups to run through wide open fields.

Plain Camp
This is a fantastic place to camp! There are lovely views and plenty of shade. There are also plenty of spots to choose from and lots of woods for the kids to explore. The walk into town takes about two minutes. I would choose this camp spot over KOA or similar campgrounds every time.

Plain Camp
This was an awesome place to stay. We stayed at week here and so glad we did. The area for the campsites is so peaceful and has a mix of being in the trees along side of an incredible field with mountain view. Solar and starlink worked great here too because they could be placed out of the trees. Bev was awesome and was there if we needed anything and the site is a good distance from her house so we definitely felt like we had our own little spot. Will definitely stay here again!

Campsite in trees
We camped on a beautiful weekend in April. The campsite was lovely, tucked in the trees next to Beverly's field. We had the place to ourselves, it was very quiet and private. Not far away is a great cafe, small grocery and a hardware store. It was only 20 minutes to get in to Leavenworth. Would recommend!

The land itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that inspire serenity. My trailer felt right at home here, and my two dogs were in heaven, exploring the open spaces and soaking up the fresh mountain air. Beverly’s welcoming attitude toward pets made it even better!
Another amazing perk is the location’s convenience. Just minutes away, there’s a local market stocked with all the essentials, a novelty and hardware store for any quick needs, a cozy diner perfect for breakfast, and even a nearby wine tasting spot for a relaxing treat. Having these amenities close by made it easy to feel both remote and well-connected to everything I needed.
If you’re looking for a safe, peaceful, and beautifully scenic stay with convenient nearby stops, this property is a true hidden gem. I left feeling renewed and grateful – highly recommended!

Beverly is an awesome host, the camping was clean, quiet and had an amazing view. We were the only ones there so it was very private. They had a great little shop, a winery and gas station at walking distance. We were about 18min from Leavenworth so we were able to have a great time during the day to enjoy Oktoberfest! Starlink had a great reception as well. Wonderful spot!

This campsite is as advertised. We tent camped. Nice shade from trees, flat places for tent to set up and soft dirt. We were glad to see there were a couple of tables. Great place to sleep for a few nights.

We spent 4 fantastic days on Beverly's property and we definitely plan to go back in the future. We had beautiful views and a ton of privacy, but also easy walking access to the cute little town of Plain (where we enjoyed the Farmer's Market on Saturday as well as a tasting at the winery and a delicious meal at the food truck there).
Beverly greeted us and helped us find the best spot on her property as well as the best access since we have a 45-foot fifth-wheel trailer. She checked in to see if we needed anything and was always responsive to messages.
While we were on the property we heard coyotes most nights and saw a bear peek out of the woods twice! Fun!
