Welcome to your own private oasis ON THE LAKE! Here is your opportunity to bring your family and friends to our beautiful LAKEFRONT OASIS and enjoy all that nature has to offer. 1/4 acre slice of heaven, and is configured to fully service up to two large RVs with power and water. Wi-Fi available upon request. Property is located at the end of a dead-end road,. So no traffic noise either Pull up, plug in, and start relaxing on beautiful Cain Lake! This is a NO GAS MOTOR Lake, so you can relax and enjoy your time without the disturbance of loud motorboaters and skiers. Electric trolling motors ARE ALLOWED, and trout fishing is excellent. Property is located 10 minutes from I-5, 20 minutes from Bellingham, 30 minutes from the airport, and walking distance from Country Store (Grandkids call it the Candy Store) There are MANY, MANY Things to do in the area, such as swimming, fishing, hiking, mountain or road biking! Galbraith Mountain is 15 minutes away! Cain Lake Stables is 3 minutes away! Cain Lake Glass and School is 3 minutes away! Skagit Speedway is 15 minutes away! Golf 3 public courses just 15-20 minutes away! Bay Boating? San Juan Islands! Lake Whatcom POWER BOATING is 5 minutes! Summer Season / June 1st-August 30th Weekly / 7 Days / $1,050 per Week per RV Off Season / September 1st-May 31st Monthly / 30 Days / $1,300 per Month per RV Terms and Conditions / WEEKLY: DEPOSIT REQUIRED. RV must be late model vehicle. One small (30-pound) dog per RV. One additional passenger vehicle in good working condition per RV allowed. 10 PM noise ordinance to be followed. Burn Ban must be adhered to. Guests will be required to maintain the property in a clean, uncluttered condition at all times during their visit and in the same condition as when they arrived when vacating. Guests will be required to be courteous and respectful of neighbors' peace and quiet living.
