Nice, quiet spot that is easy to find and perfectly level. The trees are photogenic and provide a bit of shade, and the picnic table is a nice perk.

Blended Roots Farm was a perfect stop on our way across the state. Easy to find, out of the hustle and bustle of the freeway but close enough to town for any necessities. Adam was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying there and I would highly recommend especially if you just need a quick stop but off the freeway-still convenient to get back on. Nice and quiet, easily to pull in and maneuver. Adam is super hospitable.

This is a great spot for a quick overnight or if you need a base camp for a few days. We stopped on our way out of WA on a three week road trip. Adam came out to meet us when we arrived and was very helpful in suggesting where to set up to maximize the shade. We would stay here again if we need a spot in the area.

Water hose and trash can available, though we didn't need it. It was a nice, quiet, and private area. Road noise, but not too much and the train is a like a lullaby (in my opinion). Quick drive from Fish Lake. Nice place to stay!

I felt so safe the property as we pulled in I was spectacle it looked sparse we stayed at Quail Run for our 36 ft class A was perfect yes we knew it was dry but the water hose was available the couple nights we wanted to stay while working in south hills spokane we felt safe to leave completely safe Adam is amazing he even brought us the most beautiful eggs
Not only that it was the first time I slept completely with no waking up at all hours
Widows open
Just peaceful doesn't even describe it
I slept well
So thankful
Knowing he was there but not
We definitely if come back through we'll stay again
So we decided each time we worked which was Friday Saturday Sunday we would camp there while doing so until Monday
Then we did again and then decided to stay longer because the sleep was so amazing stars were pretty as well
No bonfires allowed but I kid you not it was cozy didn't even desire it some road noise but during the day was more then at night
Train tracks near by but didn't wake us up dogs early evening barking beverages woke us up as we slept
36 ft Class A tow car perfect slow flat a little bumpy humpy but slowly is OK doable and we would definitely stay again. And again actually the free eggs have us drawn back if we can they were delicious

Lol You are awesome so we're gonna stay 2 days turned into total of about 3 week with work while we were not there I felt safe to leave our 2 ebikes and other things while we worked

Needed a last minute, late arrival booking for an overnighter near Spokane and Adam’s spot was just what we needed. Host was very accommodating and welcoming.. and the campsite was easy to find and well marked. Great price for a no frills, quiet and safe spot!

Such a lovely place to stay while we were in town for a dog trial. It was nice and quiet with little road noise. There were trains that went all night but they weren't blaring their horns so it was fine. We will be back. :)

I was heading home to Montana from Vancouver Island and this spot was a great place to van camp for the night. Close to I-90 but felt remote. Very secluded and I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a very relaxing getaway at Sasquatch Lane. It wasn't too far out of Spokane as we had a concert the one night (17 min drive ), but it is a bit confusing as there a few traffic circles. Super private location , Adam and Whitney were great hosts, checked in to see we had everything we needed-supplied bricks for levelling and a picnic table and a hose for water (though we were self contained). They even gave us farm fresh eggs and kale-so kind! Fish Lake is a 5 min drive away; we spent an entire day floating on it amidst all the other summer frolickers! Great trip.

Adam’s place was the perfect stop over on our way home. Easy to access off of I-90. Very private and just overall a great area. You feel like you are way out but just 7 min off of freeway. Private, quiet and easy to maneuver a trailer into. And Adam was the perfect host! Friendly, shared some veggies from his garden and then left us to our own. Will absolutely stay here again!

Quail run was a nice space on private land with a picnic table and a garbage can for convenience. It felt like a very safe place to stay and was quiet except for hearing trains a few times during the night. Adam was very responsive and helpful and even made a great recommendation for another place for us to visit nearby.

Adam thank you for the wonderful space to park our little Sol Rover camp trailer for 4 nights. We enjoyed Hoopfest, eateries in Spokane, the River Park, the wildlife nature park, A great laundrymat in Cheney, and I am especially enjoying your fresh eggs and my salads with your fresh kale.

We stopped over and stayed at the Quail Run site for 1 night. This was our first Hipcamp experience as we were tired of the campground life and being sandwiched in with tons of other campers. What a peaceful respite Adam's property was. Even though it was just a quick stop while travelling...
based on our experience with Host Adam and how he blended nature along with his living space and two private campsites...I think we are sold on this being the way to go!! Thanks Adam!!

I loved staying at Quail Run. Lots of trees, very quiet and private. The site was perfect for us and our dogs. I will definitely stay again on my next road trip from Oregon to Montana.

There’s nothing fancy about this site but it’s a very convenient location if you need a place to crash. I just don’t think it’s price appropriately considering there’s no toilet available. Otherwise it’s fine.

Nice little secluded and quiet spot. I chose Quail Run, as it had a few more trees. The camping area is very simple, which was perfect for me. Level ground and a picnic table. I had trouble reaching Adam (Host) through the Hipcamp website, but he called me immediately when he received my text (his number was noted on the website). He left me alone upon arrival, but did let me know that if I needed anything to just call him. I'm very pleased with my stay and appreciate Adam's customer service.

Very private, lovely property. Great, friendly, laid back host that was really helpful. He has set out trash bins, clearly marked each site and provided water if your rig needs any. Dogs loved the peaceful setting and we slept well.

Perfect site to boon dock near Spokane. Very private location with no other campers close and a private road coming into the site. Would stay there again. Adam is a great communicator and although we did not need anything, he was only a call away if we did.
