Tent site fine. Very quiet other than few unusual animal sounds and a freight train will honk and rumble in the distance once overnight/morning. Be sure to confirm arrangements with host; check in is from 2pm but site wasnât prepared with picnic table and toilet until 5:30pm. Host responsive during the day via hipcamp inbox.

Great spot with awesome view overlooking alfalfa fields. The picnic table is GREAT for outdoor dining and relaxing. Interior has everything you need. I was unable to get the heat to work, but the host is updating the listing with a manual for future guests.

What a beautiful spot. So much birdwatching and saw a family of deer! The owners were super accommodating and even gave us great advice about floating and fishing the Yakima River. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful Property and Quiet Nights

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is beautiful and waking up to the sunrise over the hills was such a treat. The site looks out over a field, and mine had some shade plus a little pond nearby that made it feel extra peaceful.
There was plenty of parking, which made things super easy. The property also had cornhole set up and a huge open yard that was perfect for tossing a frisbee or just hanging out.
Thereâs an RV on the property for anyone who doesnât want to tent camp, which is a nice option. My host, Hope, was wonderful, she even took the time to walk me around and show me the different sites. The location is quiet, not on a busy road, so itâs easy to relax and just enjoy the surroundings.
Overall, it was a great experience and Iâd definitely go back.

Pretty grassy spot with big shade trees on the edge of hostâs yard. Hope was accommodating and let us use her bathroom when we arrived, but never set up a porta potty or water. Itâs just a spot for your tent, no other amenities. Shady, nice view, quiet.
