This is the second time we've stayed at this wonderful campground. Very quiet and peaceful. Level RV sites with full hookups and WIFI. Great hiking trails. Highly recommend a visit!

We absolutely loved our visit at Peaceful Meadows! Michelle and Wendell are super nice and helpful. They definitely made us feel like family and we felt at home. My daughter caught her first, second and third fish there. The place is just beautiful and this is our new favorite spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelleâs property! She has a beautiful place with many accommodations. Our site had a fire pit, a nice picnic table, and a porta potty just a minute walk away. We stayed down by the pond. Bring a fishinâ rod! I would highly recommend staying here!

We had the best time sleeping under the stars by the pond. The kids loved fishing and cooking smores. Anyone we met was really kind. We canât wait to come back!

This campsite is amazing. Great views around the pond with plenty of camping area. The site is very well kept and clean. Good fishing action at the pond as well! The hosts are very welcoming and genuine. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful site with great hosts. They met us in the driveway and directed us to our site from their golf cart. Tent sites are either in the woods or around a pretty pond. Lots of beautiful trees and shade. There are several tent sites around the pond, but still plenty of privacy. We parked right at our site, and the spot was flat with no rocks in the ground: perfect for your tent! Each spot has a picnic table and a little fire pit. The hosts checked on us a few hours after we arrived to make sure everything was ok and the fountain in the pond wasnât too loud. Super awesome hosts and a great stay overall!

We had a great stay this past weekend, even with the rain. The pond is AWESOME! and my grandson loved the fishing. Site was nice and level. Would definitely recommend and go back!

We had an amazing stay! The campsite was beautiful, well-kept, and so clean. Waking up to the pond and being able to fish right away was a highligh, there were tons of fish, and it made the experience unforgettable for our little fisherman. Even though we had a lot of rain, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful, checking in on us and even offering shelter if we needed it. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel so welcome. Between the peaceful setting, friendly hosts, and great fishing, this is a spot weâll definitely be coming back to!

Our full hook-up site was well located and nestled amoung some very tall pine trees. The pond was just down the hill - good for kayaking and very scenic. The camp location was very quiet and a short drive to Charlottesville for historic sites, vineyards and breweries. Due to tree cover, these are not solar sites - you get filtered sunlight all day.

Clean and very pretty sites. Tall pine trees. A lot of pine needles on ground which gave the sites a nice pine smell. We had empty sites around us which made it very private too. The site Looked over a stocked pond and we spent most of a day going down the easy path enjoying catch and release.fishing. (Make sure you get your live bait before you get there. âŚwe had to drive into Scottsville and def. Stock up on food..:itâs a 30 min. Drive to a good grocery store). Keep in mind itâs kind of remote so be prepared to drive if you want to go do anything out of Peaceful Meadows. We were just as happy to spend tbr 2 days just fishing and some walking on the trails.
Newer and clean Picnic table and good bonfire pit.
Owner was willing to let us do 2 tents on 1 site which was awesome. The bathroom was a little walk but it was nicer than we had pictured in our minds. Clean and smells okay. (đ¤Ł). Well lit and even had a sink with hand soap. .
Michelle was easy to communicate with via the Hipcamp app.
Would def. Go again if Iâm the area and also recommend to others.

I tent camped for three nights by the pond and had a great stay. Campsites were spacious, level, and well maintained. The bathroom was very clean and the outdoor hot-water shower was a nice touch. Grounds were tidy, other campers caught plenty of fish, and itâs just a short drive to Charlottesville! Michelle, the owner, was warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

This place was wonderful! We had a very relaxing long weekend camping down by the pond. Michelle was absolutely lovely and helped us with anything we needed. The outdoor showers with hot water were great too. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway full of campfires and fishing this is your spot! We loved this place and will definitely be coming back here!!

Absolutely one the best campsites we have ever stayed at. The Host were so nice and helpful, wood by the tractor buckets, nice little pond to fish in with some scrappy bass in it. We stayed in the pond sites with our truck camper. No hookups at the pond sites. The host let us fill out water tanks and dump our tanks on the way out at an available open site. Peaceful is the right name. We had other join us, 2 kids and 2 other adults. The host put us on a huge site where we have the camper, tent, and a canopy all set up with plenty of room to spread out. We will be back as this is about halfway for us to another favorite place to visit. This is a private place with good people. It is not a KOA or commercial campground. We loved it and give 5 out of 5

This is an excellent campground! Very few mosquitos (end of August timeframe), easily accessible, and everything is as advertised. Definitely coming back in the future!

Just got home yesterday from an amazing weekend at Peaceful Meadows Farm / Tentâşď¸Pond site. It was an incredible time. The place is easy to find. Michelle was easy to reach and SO kind. She really bent over backwards to make sure we had a good experience. My boyfriend and I wanted privacy and to be secluded in nature. We parked the camper van right beside the pond and everything was PERFECT! Right after we set up camp, a car with other campers drove in on the other side of the pond. The pond isn't THAT big so we could see and hear each other. It kind of felt like our secluded, private experience was no longer. I called Michelle and asked if there were any other camp spots we could move to and she came right back and showed us to a new spot. The new spot was even better than the first! đ We were up in the pines, totally removed, with a gorgeous view of the pond. It was the most beautiful campsite. There, we had a picnic table and a fire pit. There was a nice outhouse and an outdoor shower just a short walk away. Also, my two dogs were welcome and they couldn't have had a better time. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The pond tent site has a picture postcard view and is secluded & quiet. There were very nice amenities - Wi-Fi, a very clean, lighted and well stocked porta potty, potable water, a shower with hot water, a picnic table and fire ring at every site and waste receptacles nearby. The hosts were very friendly and delivered firewood to our site. I intend to camp here again in the future.

Though we had to cut our trip short, we had a fabulous visit. Michelle and Wendel were fabulous hosts and went out of their way to ensure everyone was taken care of and that all was good with the campsites. The property is beautiful and the accommodations were great. All in all, a great visit!!
