This place has everything. The kitchen area has lighting, a table, a grill and almost everything you need. Our site is really convenient. Has a platform that can fit around three tents and an outlet, so you can charge all your stuff. The shower (with hot water) works great. The host was responsive and the instructions were really clear. One morning a cub showed up at our campsite. There are definitely bears around!!!

Alex is super helpful (thanks for helping pick up the bike and get out of the mud man!)
Great roads and backroads for motorcycle riders.
I was here for just two nights and got a fair deal of rain but hey… #neverlucky

I loved camping there! You were really on the woods, and they had a rope set up so you could easily tie up your food.

Great site. Just be aware that it is 250ft into the woods away from your car. Up and down hill. Other than getting stuff from the car to the site and back it is a great place. Very quiet, clean, feels safe for a solo camping trip. It did rain overnight so being on the platform was nice. There is electricity hook up right on site. There is also a community bathroom, only for #2! And a community kitchen that has a grill and table. My site, site 5, had a table about a little taller than a kitchen counter where I could put my stove and make my dinner safely off the ground. There were no other campers so I had the whole place to myself. Reasonably priced, will definitely be back.

Alex has a gorgeous property with stunning views. He fosters a friendly and communal atmosphere for campers who appreciate shared experience, there is also plenty of space allowing privacy for those who like to retreat. Alex is a fantastic host that helped make our stay a memorable experience.
The outdoor shower (with hot water!) is one of the most charming features we've come across at a hip camp.
We very much enjoyed our time here while riding bikes at Killington and would encourage others to check it out.

Wonderful stay! Alex was so sweet and even came out to check on us in the pouring rain. We were tent camping, with an entire weekend of rain and still enjoyed our time. There are bears! We were walking back to our site and a baby and momma ran right out in front of us. They left us alone and was totally safe - very cool siting!!

Site 3 - Rustic campsite C
This place is great. We all loved the outdoor shower and the kitchen area has all you will need to cook and eat or just do dishes and hang out. Alex is a great host and went out of his way to accommodate. Beautiful property that feels remote while still being a five minute drive to Killington lifts. We will be back again! A couple things that weren’t perfect-my trailer is 27’. I would not recommend bringing one any longer than 20’. Our friend had their 20 footer and parking it was a breeze but the driveway is a bit tight for a 27’ camper with a pickup towing it. Also, there is no 30 amp power for an RV. We shared a 20 amp circuit with the other trailer and had no issues but we have led lights and not really much else. Might be an issue for others that need the 30 amps.
That said, this is a great spot and we highly recommend it! Thank you Alex!

Overall the site served its purpose. It is close to Killington and quiet. When the host stated rustic, they REALLY meant it. There is no running water available outside of the outdoor kitchen which consists of a rusty grill and wash sink. The sites do not have fire pits but there is a communal pit. Some of the sites are rocky with many roots, also super small (though 1A is spacious). However, the host was very nice and even had trail recommendations for us. This was just not our cup of tea.

Site 6 - Camper Van SITE E
Great location for outdoor activities, we were hiking in the area and it was very convenient to stay here. Market and restaurants nearby.
Alex was friendly and helpful, and communication was good. Lots of effort has been put into this lovely piece of property.
We would probably stay somewhere else next time just because the RV site isn’t very private, it’s in the driveway near the cabin and if the RV door is open then there’s an open view right into the cabin. Also, we thought there was just a single RV site but woke up on the morning of the last day to find that o/n an enormous 5th-wheel had parked just a couple of feet from our door, but maybe that was just some type of scheduling mix-up.
The outdoor shower is a great idea but it’s not for the shy, you won’t feel very private in there either.

Site 6 - Camper Van SITE E
This was a last minute stay for us as we traveled through Killington on our road trip through Vermont and needed a safe spot to sleep. Alex was helpful and accommodating! We were in a camper van and booked the RV site, which is the furthest parking spot from the house in his driveway (still very close to the house, however no one was renting that night, so it felt private.) There are hiking trails through the property where the tent camp sites can be set up and the best part for us, as we'd been traveling for a few days in the van, an outdoor shower with hot water! The outdoor shower was unique and easy to use and felt like a magical experience with the woods and birds chirping all around. Before we left the next morning, we ran into Alex in the driveway and he was helpful in sharing some local spots in the area that we should check out out and made sure our stay was comfortable. Great location, close proximity to Killington resort, tons of hiking trails and a beautiful waterfalls. Alex's land has so much potential and it looks like he's continuing to creatively create some sweet little outdoorsy spots on the property! This was great for a quick, safe, overnight stay!

We loved camping on Alex's land, the view of killigton mountain at sunset is priceless. We very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, fire pits and shower in the woods experience. Alex is an amazing host, he went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular!

This is an awesome spot and Alex is super accommodating! The camping areas are in a nice wooded area making it nice and quiet but still close to anything you’d want to do in the Killington area. The site has some nice amenities and a heated shower which is great after long days hiking. Coming back for sure!

Camping on the Killington access road was just the ticket. We were comfortable in our 26ft RV and enjoying sunny spring skiing at Legendary Killington "The Beast". Nice to come back to enjoy a campfire and night views of the mountain. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. Alex is a great communicator, he even provided a spigot to fill our camper with water. No other campers were renting while we were there so very private. Be aware the RV site is in close proximity to the house, which is rented out. The family who was renting was very nice and no trouble.

We had a great time camping at Alex's campsite! Great location, both in and of itself, and also because it's so close to the Killington resort! We will definitely be going back again this season. Fair warning: there's lots of snow in Vermont right now, including at the campsite, so make sure you have good camping gear & clothes if you are winter camping!

Definitely recommend the platform, beautiful forest surrounding the area as well. Pretty secluded, and found lots of cool mushrooms around. We actually wanted our own little campfire near our camp and Alex came and built it for us. Had a great time, and can’t forget to mention the chickens!

This is site does the trick if you need a place to crash after a day of mountain biking. If you’re looking for a spot to have some beers and hang out there are better options.

There was plenty of both to be found at this campsite. I recommend the elevated platform (Site E). Keep bear safety in mind while packing; there are definitely a few around.
