We have two properties available for camping; there is a tiny cabin at our Cabot woodland site, and the river camping sites in Wolcott, VT. Trout Camp: A beautiful mix of open field and forest, our property on the Lamoille River in Wolcott, VT is directly adjacent to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and Fisher Bridge. The Fairy House Tiny Cabin site, Cabot Vermont: Kick back and unplug in this super cozy and quaint tiny cabin. Warm yourself by the cutest wood stove you have ever met, and take a relaxing walk on some of our many trails. The property is within a short drive or comfortable bike ride to several swimming, fishing, and hunting opportunities. No electric hookup, composting toilet only.

Come and park on the Fairy House’s private drive and relax by the fire pit. A small seasonal stream runs beside it, and numerous lakes and ponds are a short drive away. The surrounding forest is bustling with birds this time of year, and a biodiverse hardwood forest will steal your heart. Cabot is, of course, famous for it’s cheese, but has even more to offer. Home of many popular local Arts festivals and celebrations, our local hardware store hosts live music every Saturday night. The Fairy house is a cozy but quite small structure, and guests are advised to take space into account. There is access to drinking water at the house, which is a short walk away.The toilet provided is a outdoor composting toilet.The Fairy House does not have internet or electricity.

The Fairy House
Fairyhouse is cute and very sturdy. Enjoyed my stay. I would suggest insulating it. Wood burning stove worked great, put off decent heat. Has a composting toilet behind it. If you love dogs there are a couple on premises.

The Fairy House
The camp site was well kept and did a great job keeping us warm on a crisp fall night thanks to the furnace. There is a private entrance to the site and it felt perfect for my dog to be able to roam around. Only complaint was the chickens calling at 5 AM inviting my dog to join in, but that's all part of being near a farm. The host was very responsive and a good communicator!

The Fairy House
A sweet spot and generous host. This cute cabin was nice for its easy access and the sweet feel of the forest with a view of her sheep & goat pasture. It is definitely for those who can appreciate a rustic experience.

Loved this quiet, peaceful spot in the woods near Cabot. Cabin is basic; bring blankets, cooking items, etc. Aedan was very kind and helpful throughout my stay.
