I love where I live, and I'm excited to share it with you. The land is on a secluded mountainside where you can watch the sun set behind the adjacent ridgeline. It feels wild and remote, yet it's only minutes from the vibrant towns of Waterbury and Stowe. A seasonal stream provides a soothing soundtrack for falling asleep. It's a wonderful place to simply relax or enjoy hiking, cycling, skiing, leaf-peeping, creemees, and maple syrup. Here are some of my favorite activities just minutes away: Hiking Trails: Hunger Mountain, Camel's Hump, Mount Mansfield, Stowe Pinnacle, the Long Trail, Waterbury Community Path, and Stowe Community Path Mountain Biking: Cady Hill and Perry Hill Gravel and Road Cycling: Ride directly from the property! I'm passionate about cycling and would be happy to help plan a route for you. Destinations: Ben & Jerry's, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Woodstock Farmers' Market, Waterbury Reservoir, Downtown Stowe, and Bingham Falls Dining: Blackback Pub, The Reservoir, Plate, Hen of the Wood, and Gallus Potable water and a hose are available. A bike repair stand and fire pit are also available upon request. The parking site is part of my driveway and is located right next to my home. I'm happy to give you as much privacy as you'd like, but I'm also excited to meet you and help make your stay even more enjoyable.I love where I live and I am excited to share it with you.
