Come and relax on our beautiful Vermont property. This site features a large level meadow with a small brook. This site has a fire ring and a picnic table and a garbage can. Most cell service providers have decent service at this site. We will dispose of your trash for you. We have firewood available for purchase after one complimentary bundle that is included with your site. You can fill with water at the house just down the road on your way in. There is no power at this site but it has great access for solar. Just about any size camper or tent can be parked here and the field can accommodate multiple campers if there are more in your party. Enjoy a hike around the wetland, watch the wildlife, the waterfowl, the blackbirds and bitterns. Deer and the occasional moose have been seen in the area as well. Less than 1/4 mile away is the trailhead access for Little Ascutney Mountain and Wildlife Area which features beautiful trails. The views from the top are fantastic! Nearby there's lots of trout fishing, hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, rock climbing, parks, ski areas, Okemo Adventure Zone, dining out, local breweries Long Trail and Harpoon, as well as shopping 20 minutes away in Woodstock Vermont.
