Michael was absolutely terrific! Unfortunately we weren’t able to make our stay as our camping equipment was stolen (long story) before we were leaving for our trip. I spoke with Michael and explained the situation and that we would not be able to make it. He responded with compassion and went as far as to comp us a trip in the future.
In a time when I was feeling uncertain about the state of humanity, a kind interaction with Michael helped me keep the faith that people are inherently good.
I can’t speak on the amenities, views, or access but I can’t say give Michael’s place a go based on the fact that he seems to be a good human.

Great location. It was nice having access to water and porta potties. Michael was very responsive. Their dog, Mack, runs around the property exploring, so you will likely see/meet him when he’s out there chasing chipmunks.

The site had stunning views, the cleanest port potty I ever used, and the most friendly hip camp hosts! They welcomed us to join their cookout that evening and fed us. The lights at night are a movie!!!! Would definitely recommend and come back some day!

This will be a different kind of review Great contact/response time with host Found the site no problem was just as described GPS got me right there But I fell ill and needed to checkout Michael responded not only immediately but with care and advise where I might go to me this was e exceptional!!

Michael was such a fantastic host. The property is tucked away in an awesome spot about half an hour from Zion NP. Very clean bathrooms, potable water and great lighting. Great cell service and a fantastic view to wake up to! Would definitely come back. Thank you Michael for your hospitality and an awesome experience!

The scenery was beautiful. Area was well set up for camping/campers. We appreciated the quiet and seeing the wildlife. Terrific space for the dogs to run. Though it was too windy for a campfire, everything you might need was there. Loved the solar powered lights- both useful and fun!

Michael has done a wonderful job carving out a lovely spot close to so many things! The site was well laid out, and the views were beautiful. What a great place to stay.

Great location not far off the road but still very private, was very clean and had great amenities. Suited the four of us very well. Michael stopped by and said hi at one point and made sure we had Eve we needed, would definitely stay again in the future.

Side site was great! It was level which made setting up our rooftop tent nice and easy. No issues getting in with our 4Runner. Michael was very welcoming and we especially liked the nightlights around the site and easy porta potty access. Recommend for those camping near Zion or Bryce - great location between the two parks!

What a cool place. Wish we got to stay a little longer to fully enjoy what Michael’s labor of love. Michael was beyond kind, patient and helpful. We’d definitely come back if we venture out to Utah again. This location is perfectly positioned between Zion and Bryce making it a great stop to break up the driving.

Beautiful site and very nice location. We were greeted by Michael's partner who was very kind. We were able to use the barbecue and met her lovely dog and kitten. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first HipCamp experience and it was a great one! Michael was a kind, welcoming and gracious host. My dog enjoyed running loose on the beautiful property and making friends with Mack, the host’s dog. Quiet and serene. I will be back.

I camped out for 2 nights in a tent. Property was clean and spacious! Bathroom on site. Night sky was amazing! Saw lots of deer running around. Gas station down the street for ice and any other necessities. Will be staying here again in the future!
