Great spot to stay when enjoying the town. Easy access to hiking, biking, restaurants, etc. plus kind of cool to be able to back in, hook up, and spend the night. Nice to also have access to the restrooms, pool, and hot tub. Always friendly staff.

Overall, the facility is very nice. The bathrooms were spotless and modern and so was the laundry.
The main reason we picked this place for van life was so the kids could hang out by the pool. When I called and booked it, the person on the phone did not tell me that the pool was closed. In fact, I asked if this was the place with the pool and he said yes. When we arrived, the pool was closed for maintenance. Be advised that the van life parking spots are just like a parking spot in a parking lot right next to a very noisy highway. Your neighbor will be within 4 feet of you. There is not hook ups just power. Also, staff seemed bothered that I was looking for coffee at 7:30 in the morning.

Very convenient location. Close to the things I came to Moab for. Restrooms and showery ice and clean. Pool, hot tub, fire pit areas all nicely maintained and friendly.

Very clean showers and bathroom. with very nice staff and the hot tub was very comfortable. Downside is you are in a parking lot and it has 110 electric. But the amenities make up for it.

Absolutly a super experience. We stayed there for 3 days and enjoyed the excellent bathrooms, the warm wirlpool, the laundry and the morning coffee.

I stayed in a Van life space. They are close to the pool gate, showers and bathroom. Facilities were always clean, employees were friendly and helpful. Located close to the shopping, restaurants and excursions. It was perfect.

It was very convenient for a night. You are literally in a parking lot, parking space to parking space next to people but there are only 6 slots for car camping / van life. The rest is a parking lot for the hotel. You have direct access to a pool, bathrooms, showers, and the lobby area that has food and drinks. All common areas were super clean and clean towels were provided (as many as you want). This spot was only 10 minutes to the entrance of arches national park and a mile or so walk to restaurant’s, bars etc. if you are just staying over for a night or so, I’d definitely recommend.

Great location and attentive staff!! Clean facilities and incredible common spaces offered.
Heads up - as in other reviews, this is only a parking spot. Average size, nothing bigger. Electric and shower/pool was nice, making our stay more comfortable since you don’t have any other space to spread out since your “site” is again, only a parking space.
Best deal we found around the area to fit our needs but expensive for just a parking spot.

Very cool place to stay! Indoor and outdoor hang out areas were amazing! The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. You are parking in a hotel parking lot which I wasn’t expecting but the overall experience was great!

Pros: convenient to town and outdoor activities, nice showers (with towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash), pool, fire pits, gathering areas, and coffee shop. Cons: they couldn’t find our hipcamp reservation when I called ahead to notify them of a late arrival, so we weren’t sure if we’d have a place to stay on a busy holiday weekend. They ended up finding it after 2 phone calls and talking with several staff. When we arrived, the available electric sites were too tight for us to fit in, so we parked in a regular parking spot. It also seemed that they may have overbooked the van sites, as several other vans/trailers were in regular spots as well. The two available showers would not be enough for that many people to use without a long wait. The sites are right next to the road, so it can be a bit loud. Overall, the price seemed too high for a nonelectric parking spot.

The bathrooms are clean. The gathering places outside are great, and a fun place to mingle with others. We parked in one of the van spots with our truck we camp out of. Spots are close to each car so not much room to open your doors or privacy and it’s more of a loud environment (people running small campers, highway). Fire places at night are super nice. Overall it’s a good option if you need a quick refresh from days of dispersed camping.

Depending on time of year and your days in the area, I would recommend them for a stay in your van for 1-2 nights only. The laundry was free and included. The pool and the showers with the pool are well maintained and clean. I wished the parking spots were a bit wider by a 2-3 feet. They are standard parking spots, so it would be nice to swing your doors open without concern of what ever parks next to you.
Overall, the price is right and should be considered a viable option for a reset or laundry while on the road.

Awesome place to stay. More luxury “camping”. We stayed in our campervan with full electric hook up, clean bathrooms/hot showers, pool, hot tub, fire pit, little shop with food and coffee. We were right in front of the bathrooms however, with our little fan blowing we couldn’t hear any noise. 10/10 recommend!!

The parking area is just a parking lot. Since you have access to all of the hotel amenities, however, this is a 5 star camper van experience. There is a beautiful outdoor area with a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and picnic tables as well as a comfortable lounge area in the lobby. To top it all off, they offer complementary coffee, laundry, showers and bathrooms. Everything is very clean and well appointed. It would be wonderful if more hotels would offer this type of experience for van vacationers.

The facility was very nice. There were electric hookups at all of the sites for vans. There was a secure side entrance to the facility for the van campers. The showers were clean and towels were provided. It was a very nice and convenient place to stay.

Enjoyed having access to outdoor pool/hot tub, large patio with fire pits, indoor lounge with games, free laundry, high speed free wifi, beautiful clean bathrooms with showers, and filtered water! Would recommend a day or two at this place to wash the camp off ;)
A couple things:
1. Van sites are very narrow/close together, they are also next to the highway and outdoor patio so can be loud at night.
2. Laundry is free and can be very busy
3. Didn’t love the shower heads (bad pressure) but appreciated the clean towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and hair dryer.
4. Pool very cold!

Nice place to camp. Convenient to shops and restaurants in downtown Moab and close to Arches and Canyonlands NP. Showers and bathrooms were nice and pool was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

Loved the showers, pool, hot tub, small food service, gear shop, laundry machines, ping pong tables, free coffee location, and front desk people. Very friendly and very helpful. Didn't love the price (a bit too high for what we get), and didn't love how smushed the 6 or 7 camper van sites are, in the middle of a parking lot mixed in with other cars going in and out and early morning LOUD garbage collection and people rinsing off their bikes next to the campervans. Should relocate the camper van parking spaces to the far end of the parking lot to minimize disturbance, and need to make the camper van spaces bigger so we can all fit in our spaces AND open our doors without hitting each other.

Nothing beats BLM land and campgrounds BUT when you’re looking for a little reset during your road trip / camping, this is the perfect spot. Hot showers, flush toilets (which can be hard to come by in Moab), laundry, WiFi AND you can use the hotel’s amenities. Would recommend if you’re looking for a night away from the campgrounds.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have the pool and the hot tub and the bathroom so close. We stayed three nights in March. It was cool weather, but I think if you stay here in hot weather, you would wish there was shade. There is no shade where you park.

we camped here in a rooftop tent and overall felt pretty safe and comfortable here! amenities were really nice. clean bathrooms/showers, busy pool, and amazing coffee bar that made leaving early in the morning super easy. van parking is just spots in a parking lot on the side of the main building so less campground vibes and more of an urban spot to reserve for when you’re exploring in Moab. we went to arches the day we checked in and the short drive time was definitely a plus. van spots were a little tight as other reviews said, but being in a subaru with a rooftop tent it wasn’t a problem for us. van spots are right outside the pool so when it’s busy it can be super noisy until quiet hours hit, which wasn’t a problem for us, something for other people to consider if that’s a big factor. overall a good experience!

Exactly what I needed as a “van-life” (in my case SUV-Life) newbie. Great facilities that include private bathrooms equipped with showers, a laundry room (that’s totally free if you already have your soap/softer), and a very nicely kept and busy lounge and lobby area. Perfectly situated for all adventures - Canyonlands and Arches are within very reasonable distances. Plus, downtown is fantastic & you’re right on the edge of it while staying here.
