Welcome to P² Farm (Psquared), a true Texan gem nestled on 30 acres of idyllic countryside just outside of Georgetown, Texas. Our working horse farm offers an authentic rural experience unlike any other, with stunning sunsets that paint the Texas sky each evening. Relax and unwind in an authentic country setting, with horses, open pasture, and the natural charm of rural life. Our camping sites offer the chance to really dive into nature with access to beautiful trees and the San Gabriel River while being just a few minutes walk away from electricity and running water. Camp right underneath our beautiful "Mother Tree" which captures the attention of all of our campers and trail ride participants. Book a trail ride or animal experience during your stay to get the full working farm experience. Enjoy our newly renovated communal Pavillion which offers access to 4 different kind of grills, a brick pizza oven, a propane firepit table, games, a microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge stocked with drinks to purchase. Well water is available from the sink located near the bathroom. Please remember, for the safety and comfort of our animals and guests, unsupervised interactions with our animals are not permitted. All animal interactions must be scheduled and supervised by our experienced staff. Also please remember that while our farm is a total of 30 acres, only about 1/3 of that is available for open use by campers, the rest house our beautiful horses and other animals. Our farm is situated just a short drive from local attractions. We are 10 miles from the Historic Georgetown Square, 11.2 miles from the serene Blue Hole, and 38 miles from the hustle and bustle of downtown Austin. We aim to offer you a tranquil and authentic farm stay amidst our horse-centric environment. Pack your tent and get ready for a unique Texan adventure framed by the beauty of nature and the peaceful rhythm of farm life.

Under the Mother Tree

95%
(60)
Tent site · Sleeps 12
Under the Mother Tree is our most popular campsite, and we highly recommend booking this option if it’s available. Pitch your tent and start a fire under the majestic canopy of our "Mother Tree", a 700+ year-old Pecan tree, and kick back in our signature chair hammock. While this is the most intimate site we offer, it is still quite large as far as campsites go and can easily fit up to four tents; we have even had several guests enjoy car or truck camping here. You will have this entire wooded section to yourself, though please note that campers staying at the River Banks site do walk past the Mother Tree to reach their spot. Tents can be pitched on either side of the main pathway, but we ask that you do not block the driveway with vehicles or gear, as both humans and horses need to walk through the area. One to two cars can park directly at this site for easy unloading. Guests also have full access to the communal pavilion area, bathroom, and sink located at the top of the hill. To complete your stay under the oldest soul on the farm, be sure to book a San Gabriel River trail ride!

On the River Banks Campsite

94%
(57)
Tent site · Sleeps 14
Camp right on the banks of the San Gabriel River. Pitch a tent and enjoy the river experience. This is the most primitive spot on property; if you have never gone camping before, we suggest booking The Mother Tree Site or the RV hookup spot. This site is a rugged, natural riverbank. While most of the area is left wild for the animals and ecosystem to thrive, there are open spaces directly on the water for your tents and tables. Guests have access to a running bathroom, well water, and a communal covered picnic table area just a few minutes' walk away. Cars CANNOT drive to this campsite. You must walk down the hill to get there, but it is only a one-minute walk. The hill is STEEP and you should make sure that you are prepared to physically transport your camping supplies from the top of the hill to the camp site. There are wagons available to help you transport items up and down the hill. Easily portable fire ring is provided. This site is right on the river bank; when it rains hard there is a risk of flooding. There are multiple back up spots reserved for if this happens. Please do not structurally pull things out of the river or try to dig out big rocks or tires or anything else. To complete your stay, be sure to book a San Gabriel River trail ride!

RV/tent site · Sleeps 14 · Vehicles under 35 ft
This site offers guests an immersive glimpse into the daily bustle of farm life. Nestled close to our horse pasture, you can wake up to the gentle neighing of our horses and watch our adorable rescue animals go about their day. Here, guests can opt for close-up encounters or simply admire these creatures from a comfortable distance. This is our most simplistic site, featuring an open-field setting with a fire pit, table, and chairs. It offers the most open space of all four campsites, though guests should remember that this site has minimal tree shade. We do have a pop-up shade tent available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. For your convenience, guests can drive right up to this campsite to unpack with ease. This site also provides easy access to farm activities like trail riding and interactive sessions, making it a treasure trove for kids. Boasting a family-friendly atmosphere, this site invites you to create precious memories alongside your loved ones. With our proximity to Sweet Eats Fruit Farm and historical Georgetown, your options for local fun and exploration are endless. To complete your stay, be sure to book a San Gabriel River trail ride! Note for Two Step Inn Weekend (April 18-19): For this special event weekend, the field will be divided into multiple individual sites. Please note that not all sites will have direct access to a fire pit, table, or chairs. A shared common area with ample seating will be available for all guests to enjoy.
