I purchased this land in January 2016. It had been abandoned for more than 40 years and was a tangle of grapevine and briars pulling the trees down and full of trash. I used to tube this section of the river more than 30 years ago and hated to see the place in this condition. So I decided to bring it back to life! I love the outdoors and want everyone to be able to enjoy nature and the beautiful Brazos River.
