Escape to a quiet hobby farm only 15 minutes away from First Monday Trade Days where two peaceful ponds invite you to cast a line. Where star gazers can enjoy the stars thanks to low light pollution away from the city. Guinea fowl and ducks add character to the farm. Enjoy the walking paths that wind through the open meadows that are full of wild blackberry bushes and wildlife. Come enjoy a serene, down-to-earth retreat for nature lovers. There are two RV spots on the property near the small pond, greenhouse, and a duck coup. There’s a padded bench by the small pond to sit and enjoy which is a very short walk from either site. The larger pond is a bit further to walk and features a swing on a large tree. It’s very quiet and peaceful on the property. There’s only one property past ours down a dead end dirt road so very minimal traffic occurs. There are tons of wildlife to enjoy on the property. We frequently see red tailed hawks, owls, egrets, black vultures, road runners and a wide range of song birds and humming birds. There’s even a vulture who enjoys sitting on the small pond to hang out with the ducks when they are out. We call him Merlin. There’s plenty of rabbits around as well. Most nights you can hear coyotes howling. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Spot A overlooks the smaller pond as well as the Duck coup and greenhouse. There’s electric (30amp) and water at this site. It’s a very short walk down to the pond. There’s a padded bench near the pond the sit and enjoy.

Site B is a Gravel pad that backs up to the smaller pond on the property. It has 30amp electric, water and a small patio with string lights. It overlooks the garden, green house and duck coup. You may either park your camper on the gravel or turn your camper and park in the grass between the patio and power pole. I’ve marked it on the map for you. Feel free to loop around the patio if you need to. It is easier than backing in.
