We had such a wonderful time camping here! Randy was an excellent host, very friendly, and always quick to respond to messages. The property was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and private, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy nature, and spend quality time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better camping experience! Highly recommend!
I enjoyed my stay at the RV site. I loved the privacy and peaceful vibe. The host was quick to respond, and the facility was very clean. Definitely be back.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cabin. Exactly as advertised. Peaceful and private. Everything was clean and tidy. Saw deer in the yard every morning. Will definitely stay again.
This is a beautiful campsite. We loved the quiet and felt like we truly got a retreat from life. The toilet is simply an outhouse, but they are well kept. The Ole Place is well kept and I would highly recommend a stay here.
Beautiful peaceful stay. With great views. We were more than impressed with Randy’s piece of heaven. He really cares about his property and your experience staying there. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! Thank you Randy
I loved this place. There were 2 RV sites, a cabin, and tent sites. We were the only people there. It was beautiful. Deer walking by daily. There is a large pond, and while you cant swim, they do provide paddle boats to use for free. It was about a 40 min drive to downtown Chattanooga. 5 stars.
What a beautiful, peaceful spot! We thoroughly enjoyed Randy’s place over Labor Day weekend in our tiny travel trailer. This is an immaculately maintained property with just about anything you might need. All the sites offer a good bit of privacy. The pond was so serene, and the wildlife was abundant. Songbirds, deer, frogs, geese, you name it. A great base camp for hiking and exploring. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to share this spot with family and friends.
We loved our stay at campsite 2 despite having to leave a day early due to rain. Campsites are clean as is the shower. I was able to use my inflatable paddle board in the pond no problem! We had a surprise guest from a property nearby and Randy was able to make some calls and figure out where he belonged. 10/10 stay
We loved this spot! Truly beautiful and peaceful with all the amenities you want. We haven’t been camping all that long, but this is our favorite spot so far.
The 'Ol place was straight forward and ready to find, camp sites count down as you go farther back on the lake. The site was clean and had a nice path to is own privy, shower house was a nice short walk around the lake. It's notable to mention that the shower is soft water. We had a peaceful time and the place to our selves one night!
We would love to come back again! We rented the whole place with a big group. The cabin was well stocked, the bathrooms and showers were clean, there's firewood available, and peddle boats for the pond. Great for families. Highly recommend!
Very private and quiet. We had the lake all to ourselves selfs and caught a few fishes, I think they were Crappy’s. A lot of wild life as well. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.
Absolutely beautiful and peaceful property! I ended up being the only one visiting and it stormed pretty badly my second night there- Randy was kind enough to come check on me and provide shelter for the night. I would definitely recommend this spot! Safe, private, and everything you could need.
My wife had never been camping and we wanted a nice private campsite that would allow her to know the experience without a bunch of people around like a KOA, we went fishing and just enjoyed nature! Randy is an awesome host and we home to come by again!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin in Chattanooga! The location was perfect peaceful and tucked away in nature, yet close enough to explore the city. The cabin itself was incredibly cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to the beautiful views was the best part of our trip. The host was also super responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back
My husband and I spent a weekend for my birthday. I wish it could have been longer cause absolutely loved this spot it’s perfect for anyone who enjoys peace and nature we highly recommend.
I unfortunately had something come up last minute and couldn't go but I spoke with the owner and he was very kind and we were able to cancel on good terms. We will book this place as soon as we possibly can. The property looks beautiful and the kindness of the owner sold it for me.
Very clean site with fantastic bathrooms and showers. Very quiet tranquil forest. As far as I know there weren’t any other campers around but the sites were far enough away where if you didn’t want to socialize you didn’t have to. Randy was attentive to all our needs. 10/10 experience.
This property was the BEST for camping. Randy has everything you need for a great experience. You can enjoy the beautiful lake views and solitude with campfire rings, picnic tables, and trash bins at every site. His pit toilet and shower house were even great! You can tell he cares about his land and taking care of those who visit. We had the property to ourselves the weekend we were there, but even if we had neighbors, it would have been fine as the campsites are well dispersed. Definitely recommend for either RV or tent camping.
Five stars! If you're looking for a peaceful and secluded getaway, this is the perfect spot. The setting is absolutely beautiful, highlighted by a gorgeous, serene lake that made the trip so relaxing.
We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. The cabin was spotless, and the shower area was just as clean and well-maintained. On top of that, the entire facility is incredibly well-equipped, making the stay easy and comfortable. You get the beauty of nature without sacrificing any comfort. We can't wait to come back!
All the amenities of an RV resort, but actually in nature. You really couldn’t ask for more. If money were no object, I would’ve loved to book the entire campground, just because my neighbors staying in the cabin were loud and their bickering drowned out the beautiful sounds of frogs and bugs and birds. Ah well. I continue my pursuit of true solitude.
