The Barefoote Basket
Site #×1 which ii believe is the only one is at the base o a b hill so basicslly its a wash. It used to be a shooting range so watch out for the shell fragments. I couldnt get any potBle water to come out of the blue pump hsndle, guess there was a trick to it i wasnt instructed of. View of the noght sky was good and i did get a bisit from the horse. Little interaction with the host but did let them know that thet i couldnt find the proerty the 1st night caise you couldnt read the number on the mailbox and their messages were being blocked by a suspicious third party. The solar shower didnt hook up to the flimsy tripod so i constructed a very nice sit down shower. Date time stamp.

The Barefoote Basket
The Barefooted Basket was easy to find and a short drive from the park. Campsite #2 and the portable toilet were both clean. Two things to consider are the slope of the site and the security light that comes on at night. For tent camping, the slope of the site made it relatively uncomfortable for sleeping. The security light is bright and diminishes the campfire and night sky experience. Comparable to a security light in a parking lot. Would recommend campsite #1 to a friend, it appears more flat and is distanced from the light.

The Barefoote Basket
We had a great time here. The campsite is small, but private. It's surrounded by woods and a hill filled with wild flowers. Preston and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The toilet is out in the open, which was a tad uncomfortable but not a big deal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
