Nestled on five peaceful acres near Arrington, Franklin, Nolensville, Murfreesboro, and Nashville, this cozy barn retreat is the perfect escape to relax and recharge. Designed and built by a husband-and-wife duo, it blends rustic charm with thoughtful touches—featuring a king-size Casper bed, a cozy loft with a double bed for kids, and front porch rocking chairs ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
The kitchenette includes everything you need to make a hot meal—cookware, dishes, utensils, and a small refrigerator/freezer that can be pre-stocked with your favorite drinks upon request. There’s also a cooler on the porch and a small bar top that doubles as a workspace with a view.
Guests can enjoy outdoor amenities including a fire pit, a stocked fishing pond, and fresh eggs upon request. You’re welcome to stroll the property, but please avoid the main residence’s deck, pool, and front yard. Fishing poles and tackle near the grill area are free to use—just return them after. Children must always be supervised around water.
Please park on the gravel driveway only. Chickens roam freely during the day, and while they’re friendly, the rooster can be protective. Our dog, Petty, may wander by to say hello—let us know if that’s an issue and we can make arrangements. The tree swing and swing set are for children 12 and under.
The barn accommodates two adults, and the loft is for up to two children. Please use caution with the ladder and never leave children unattended. Guests must be at least 25 to book.
Your unit is part of a larger barn; the remaining space is used as a personal workshop that owners may occasionally access. These areas remain securely locked.

The space Kitchenette is fully furnished with the basics to make a hot meal !
Small refrigerator/ freezer with room for cold food .. can be stocked with a few of your favorite beverages upon request ! A cooler located on the front porch is available for you to use all well .
Small bar top in the kitchen is a great work space with a view .
*Friendly Reminder* Barn is set up to accommodate 2 adults and loft area is for up to 2 children maximum. Please use caution with ladder and don’t leave children unattended. Guest access The property offers plenty of outdoor activities such as a fire pit , fishing pond , and fresh eggs upon request ! (See manual for specific instructions ) You are welcome to walk the property but no guests are permitted onto the main residence back deck , pool, or front yard area.
-You are welcome to use any of the fishing poles and tackle you see hung up to the left of the grill area . Please return as you found them !
- The pond is stocked and you are welcome to walk out on the dock and to the island to fish . Please make sure children are not left unattended around the water !
-parking is only permitted on gravel driveway
-chickens may be out roaming during daylight hours , they usually keep to themselves and the rooster is protective of his ladies so keep your distance please .
- we have a dog who often roams the property, her name is Petty . If you aren’t comfortable with that we can plan accordingly .
-The tree swing and swing set are for children 12 and under only :) Other things to note Guests must be at least 25 to rent this property. The unit is part of an entire barn. Remainder of the barn is used as personal workspace that owners may periodically access throughout your stay. The door leading to those areas will be locked and remain so
