We are a private single campsite nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. You can bring your own RV or rent ours through our Couples Glamping Hipcamp site. Our private campground offers a tranquil escape for guests—whether you're exploring nearby hiking trails or simply relaxing, you'll feel right at home. Enjoy meals outdoors at the picnic table and spend your evenings by the fire pit. We are just minutes from Roan Mountain State Park, Banner Elk, Watauga Lake, Johnson City, Bristol, and more. This is a full hookup campsite, including water, electric, septic, and free Wi-Fi. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill, fire pit with chairs, and a picnic table.

Our private campground offers a tranquil escape for guests, whether you're exploring nearby hiking trails or simply relaxing, you'll feel right at home. Wake up to fresh mountain air, birds chirping and a babbling brook. Enjoy meals outside on the picnic table and nights by the firepit. We are minutes from Roan Mountain State park, Banner Elk, Watauga Lake, Johnson City, Bristol, and many more. We are a full hook up campsite including water, 30/50 amp electric, septic and free WiFi. Our outdoor ammenities include a charcoal grill, firepit with chairs and picnic table. There is a 10 degree incline on the driveway and the pullup ramp for backing into the RV pad, so we advise no units over 35 foot.

Whether you're exploring nearby hiking trails or simply relaxing, you'll feel right at home. Wake up to fresh mountain air, birds chirping and a babbling brook. Enjoy meals outside on the picnic table and nights by the firepit. We are minutes from Roan Mountain State park, Banner Elk, Watauga Lake, Johnson City, Bristol, and many more. The RV comes with all linens provided and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and everything you need to make a home cooked meal. A regular drip coffee maker and filters are provided. There is even an electric fireplace for those cool nights. Come enjoy the serenity and make some wonderful memories!

Kim and Art were exceptional hosts. They really have thought of everything and were quick to help when needed. The site is level and spacious. Our dog was able to play fetch. We could hear the small creek running nearby. This place is on our list to return to and do more activities in this area next year!

Private RV Serenity
This spot wasn't originally on our list, we were exploring western NC, but we were so happy we discovered it. We were impressed by how private, convenient, and easy to access the site was, with all the hookups we needed. The hosts went above and beyond with a thoughtful welcome that included local recommendations and even emergency numbers. Such a personal touch! You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their guests. We'd definitely stay here again.
