13 ft round bell tent with a queen size bed, and 2 side tables, comes with all the amenities, we have no showers at the moment but we will be working on that soo, 1 full acre with open space and tall pines, 10 minutes from the santee state park and lake marion, less than 1 mile from 2 boat landings, stumphole landing and popular creek landing, both with small wonderful resturants to serve you, 15 minutes from I-95, 1 hour from charleston, columbia and florence, we have primitive tent spaces and 1 RV camper hook up with water, power and sewage available, plenty of room for boats and other vehicle parking

This was a very nice quiet spot that met our needs. Jennifer was very welcoming and made certain all of our needs were met. We would certainly stay here again!

This is a very nice peaceful place to camp. It's secluded but close to town. Jennifer was very nice.

Very peaceful campsite. Jennifer was an excellent host with a beautiful spacious site. I enjoyed seeing the deer in the evening and again in the morning. My next stay will be longer!

This campsite was excellent! Jennifer was so generous and I had such a nice peaceful time. The location is excellent if you're making a road trip down I95. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Awesome host. Jennifer was there to greet and stopped by a couple of times to make sure everything was good. Nice spot, It was the only spot so it was quiet. Enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and there was enough random tree branches around to keep it going. It had 30 amp and 110 outlet. I managed to trip a breaker, my fault. Jennifer showed me where the breaker box was. Excellent stay.

Was on a lane with about 4 other houses on the lane. A quiet space and clean. Host was great w communication. We stayed one night and appreciated the spot while traveling.

Great 3 Day Visit

Jennifer has a beautiful spot and is very welcoming and helpful. She met us to get us set up, gave us some tips about the area, and shared her beautiful property. We especially enjoyed walking in the woods behind her property. The site is private - surrounded by trees and bushes, we felt very safe, and convenient to Elloree / Santee. Elloree IGA is limited, but Santee and Orangeburg has great food supplies. Orangeburg has it all.
