Maria, Chao, and Rebel are exceptional hosts who provide a range of guest-centeted accommodations and experiences. My time there was filled with nature (energy of Rio Plata headwaters, singing birds, congenial farm animals, and the dancing lights of cucubanos), along with hosts' generous hospitality. I was given a clear orientation to my riverfront campsite with a stove, cooler, kitchenware, and covered shelter for my small tent. Shared meals, dominos, and enlightening conversations were memorable and as available nowhere else. What a gift and blessing to stay there!

Great spot. Wonderful host. Lot of amenities. Bbq, hot water showers, setups by the river and in the woods are lovely. The Roosters are being moved further from the campsite. It will be then, a perfect spot for campers.

Maria was a great host, the riverside campsite and outdoor bathroom was great! Be aware that the place lives up to its name, but that lends to its charm. The jungle trail to the waterfalls on their property was a perfect length hike with a nice reward at the end (~1 mile round trip). Would definitely go back.

This campsite is a must-visit on the island. There’s a trail inside the property that leads to a stunning waterfall where you can enjoy the view and even take a swim. The campsite also has chickens, a horse, and a pig, it's clear the host truly loves this place and has decorated it with so much care. She even brought us delicious coffee in the morning, which was incredibly sweet. I’d definitely come back the next time I visit Puerto Rico!

Truly amazing spot to camp. The river borders thousands of acres of protected tropical rainforest. A trail takes you to an epic swimming hole and to a beautiful waterfall!! The bathrooms have the best hot showers on the island. I never ran out of hot water. The covered camping area kept me nice and dry and the stove was handy. The farm and chickens and horse are nice. The hosts couldn't have been nicer! My favorite camp!
