Tiny Cabin w/ Loft & Outdoor Shower
We stayed in this beautiful cabin with our two kids and our golden doodle. It was easy to find the cabin. Cabin was neat and well stocked. The full bath was clean.
Very much appreciate the smores kit. Our kids loved hanging out in the porch during the day and the fire pit at night. I would highly recommend this cabin for a couple or a family of 4.

This tiny cabin is well appointed; very little not considered. Truly evident it’s a well loved place by the host and we felt welcome. Alas, nothing is perfect- bring a mirror and a dishpan. Otherwise, wonderful.

We had a great time! This was just what the doctor ordered! It was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was very nice and tidy. Jamie was a great host and was available when needed. I highly recommend this place it was worth every penny!

The tiny cabin was excellent! The place is the perfect size for two people (and a pet) to stay comfortably. The cabin was well stocked with necessities and tools for cooking on the grill or outside. All in all, we have nothing negative to say about the place.

The tiny house we rented from Jamie at Pine Ridge Campground was terrific, it had everything you could possibly want and was extremely well kept and organized. It comfortably slept 5 and has WiFi, TV, full kitchen and bathroom with shower with hot water that worked really well. It's a terrific location as well with easy access to tons of trails for hiking and sightseeing. We're looking forward to coming back!

Awesome stay for a family of 4. Love that we had the option to bring the dog if we needed.
The Tiny Cabin was super clean as was the outdoor toilet and shower, as promised. And in the current environment with Covid fears, we were very happy with the condition of the lodging! The AC was a nice feature for a family just trying out "camping" for the first time. (This was definitely glamping-plus 😆.)
We stayed over on Thursday and Friday nights. Thursday was quiet and lovely; Friday got a big rowdier but nothing out of hand. The neighbors were having a bit of weekend fun. If you're looking for quiet serenity, weekdays are great but you might look elsewhere on a weekend.
The Cabin is conveniently located walking distance from the Appalachian Trail and we took our 8 and 6 year old kids on a 3 mile hike on a pleasantly cool July morning. We also went to Pine Grove Furnace State Park in the afternoon which was a quick 10 minute drive. There the kids were able to splash in the creek and maintain social distance (although the lakeside beach was too packed for our own comfort).
I think we're ready for something a bit more outdoorsy next time because of the great introduction this cabin provided a family of camping newbies.
I can't thank Jaime and his team enough for a fun little getaway!

Tiny cabin is very cute and well supplied with everything you need. Everything was very clean. Luckily the ac works great the weather was hot and humid. Enjoyed our stay!

Seriously, everything was PERFECT. The tiny home was super clean - like immaculately clean - and incredibly cozy without feeling cramped (I’m 5’3 and my boyfriend is 6’). Jamie thought of everything from supplies, appliances, utensils, AND a welcome gift! We had forgotten some things and were relieved to see Jamie had provided them for us! We literally could not have asked for anything more.
While we had no cell phone service driving up to the location, once we got there the WiFi worked beautifully. We did not experience any lagging or issues staying connected whatsoever. Which was awesome because though we wanted to unplug, we also wanted to enjoy some Netflix and Disney+ (Note: Netflix is provided only; we used our own Disney+ account). When going hiking, we definitely recommend preloading the directions prior to leaving (even taking a screenshot) to be safe. We went to Chimney Rocks which we highly recommend! It’s a tougher hike mostly because of the 800 ft elevation increase. Totally worth it though the view is gorgeous and so peaceful.
One thing to be mindful of so that it does not catch you off guard during your stay is the smoke detectors are highly sensitive. We set it off numerous times while making toast with the knobs between 1 and 2.
Though the tiny home is located in a camp ground with RVs parked on both sides, there wasn’t anyone there during our stay, so it made it even more of a perfect spot to continue quarantining away from home.
We unfortunately got snagged with rainy weather on and off the first two nights there; we came prepared though with games and art supplies. We weren’t able to use the firewood we had purchased because of the rain, but Jamie and Hipcamp were helpful in taking care of that for us. The porch was a great touch too and came in clutch because it allowed us to spend time outside despite the rain.

Amazing host who was very kind and responsive. The home was immaculately kept and so was the bathroom. The outdoor shower was so much fun and the hiking in the area was so beautiful and exciting. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Charming Modern Tiny House Cabin
Tiny home/ Cabin was Immaculately clean, and all your essentials for camping were supplied! Fresh linens, all the kitchen supplies necessary and much more. The cabin itself was more then I expected, however the campground is a basic campground. If you aren’t looking for many amenities on site, however gorgeous trails and a beachy lake near by then it’s your kind of place! Luckily there is plenty to do ‘nature wise’ to keep your stay scenically breathtaking and adventurous with the area this site is in. I loved the privacy of our stay! This cabin is PERFECT for someone with younger children also.. the playground area is basically the backyard. No one out keeping tabs on, and allowing you to enjoy your time there how you wish. I’ve been to campgrounds that go over board with RULES AND REGULATIONS and it makes the stay uncomfortable. We are all adults and understand common rules and regulations without needing to patrol every hour by your site. We will be coming back in two weeks in the smaller tiny cabin with a couple less family members this time, hopefully the beach lake will be reopened by then. It was a PERFECT stay during these quarantined times.

I would highly recommend staying at this cute tiny cabin. First, its even cutier than in the pictures. The housekeeping of it was immaculate down to the outdoor porta-potty. They were right that is the cleanest porta-potty I have ever seen. The hosts were all super friendly and gave some recommendations of things to do in the area. They even came and helped us start the fire on the first night. The other campers are nice too. They helped get the fire started on the second night. The hosts left a nice gift bag that was complete with a smoore kit for the fire. If you don't want to sleep upstairs, we slept in the pull out bed and it was comfortable. Didn't make use of the outdoor shower because it was too cold. REALLY close to the Appalachian Trial. Wine tasting in Boyer Cellars was close and nice. We even visited Gettysburg and did a ghost tour (not too far). LOVED the mini indoor fire which gave off a lot of heat so the cabin was never too cold. It is a nice blend for those who are trying to "rough it" in style. There is no running water inside or stove and you must go outdoors to pee. I do NOT like the outdoors and am not into camping so this was a great compromise for me. My gf who LOVES the outdoors still loved how cute the cabin was and that there were still elements of real camping. The outside area was also really nice. I really don't have a negative thing to say about this place. We had a GREAT time playing games, watching a move, chilling by the fireplace, cooking outdoors and exploring the area. Thanks for making our stay great :)

It was a great place to spend the entire weekend, my husband and I enjoyed the place,very beautiful and completely equipped, very comfortable and cozy, we loved the place and we go back the next summer for sure.

Our stay in this little cabin was perfect! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special! Extra bonus was the heated outdoor shower. We will definitely go back!!

This beautiful tiny house is the perfect place to get away from the city and have some relaxation. We enjoyed our time so much, we got to hike a portion of the Appalachian trail that is 5 minutes down the road. Jamie and his mom were wonderful hosts, his mom had a nice conversation with us and told us about more trails nearby. The weather wasn't the best for our trip, but that didn't affect how much fun we had

Super cute cabin! I had a great night's sleep here, and my host Jamie was friendly and welcoming. Him and his friends just struck me as really cool people- they even came by to make a fire and hang out for a bit.
Note- it's an RV campground, so the views at this site are mostly of RV's. But like I said- it's super cozy, the landscape in the area is beautiful, and there are a lot of thoughtful extras included (like a smores kit!!) Also, there's a lot of attractions in the area- namely Gettysburg (which I wish I had the time to visit), the Appalachian Trail, and Michaux State Forest.
