These guys put the hip in #hipcamp. Jim was a wonderful and engaging host. We stayed in the caboose and the highlights were hanging out with the host and his friends, the sauna, and hot tub. If you are bringing kids maybe check with the host or Eric on the vibe before coming. It is a beautiful property and you can tell Jim has put a lot of thought, effort, and himself in the place. We hope to return, go Hoosiers!

The site is in someone’s yard, and there were people doing work on the property (in the line of camper necessities such as the bathroom) during much of my stay. It did not feel like the escape I was hoping for or the peaceful pl e that was advertised, although it was nice to be out camping with amenities such as running water and indoor plumbing right there.

This tranquil oasis was absolutely magical! We had the best time soaking in the hot tub and plunging in the cold pool - plus the beautiful sauna. An absolutely exquisite spot with the kindest host and lovely company. Plus breakfast! What a delight.

We went during the week so it was pretty quiet. Though, we were surprised to find out the outdoor shower did not offer as much privacy as experienced at other places - it was right next to the outdoor kitchen without much to cover from other visitors. Despite that, we really enjoyed our time. Campsites offered enough privacy and the outdoor community spaces were very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the humming birds while we had our coffee and soaking in the hot tub! We would love to return!

Jim made our stay so welcoming! The area is so serene and relaxing. Whether its the hot tub, sauna or cooling pool, you will find relaxation. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating. Multiple, beautiful spaces to hang out in. Sauna and hot tub were incredible. We were eight bike campers so having the community kitchen was super great. The waterfall added some really nice sounds. Frogs and crickets at night were lovely. It was a perfect spot for our group.

Epic. We went to a football game at Oregon with our 8 and 12 year old daughters and they were stoked to spend the weekend with Charlotte the pig and Tilly the tortoise, not to mention the pool, fresh grapes and peaches, and awesome companions, Eric and Jimbo, who made the camp so hospitable and FUN! We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful setting with a lot of creativity heart and soul put into it. There is plenty to do and look at. We just love Jimbo and Eric very hospitable people.

Brilliant place to stay with wonderful hosts. The gathering spaces invite community and yet there are secluded places as well. The hot tub and plunge pool made for an amazing end to a day and an excellent way to start your day.

Zen Garden was a welcome retreat, so close to home. The atmosphere was very social and welcoming. The gardens and all the woodwork, especially the sauna, were beautifully done. We especially enjoyed soaking in the spa and sauna in the quiet of the morning.

If you want the most chill, rejuvenating, peaceful and lovely time of your whole life, go to this place. Jimbo is the besssstttt ever. The whole property is so quirky and beautifully put together and so well thought out down to every single flower planted. We had no idea what to expect and this exceeded our expectations to the max. The swimming hole and the waterfall were our favorite but the hot tub and sauna were like a cherry on top and can’t forget the outdoor shower!! The views from our tent site are stunning. Honestly doesn’t get better than this place. Thank you for the best time Jimbo we left your property renewed!!!

It was amazing! The hosts were super knowledgeable and kind and the space was even more beautiful in person. Very quirky, but that’s the charm! The hot tub felt so nice after a long day and the pool is beautiful and serene. There’s a communal kitchen and a working bathroom so all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend checking this spot out.

My two friends and I booked the tiny house Caboose and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed cooling off in the soaking pool after going on a hike nearby. In the morning on our last day, we had a lovely soak in the hot tub before packing up. The Caboose has a covered patio with a futon and chairs that was perfect for eating meals, playing games and just relaxing. We look forward to staying again and would opt for the tiny home Caboose again for future visits.

My wife and I enjoyed three days of beautiful tent camping. We brought everything we needed to feed ourselves, however there are so many amenities we didn't need to do much at our tent site unless we wanted to. There is an outdoor kitchen and refrigerator, grills, coffee maker. We spent our days kayaking Triangle Lake and Coyote Creek. We spent our evenings at the Zen Garden relaxing in the sauna, hot tub, and pool, socializing with the hosts and other guests. We made new friends there and we can't wait to return.

What an experience we had! My partner and I couldn’t have had a better time at the Zen Garden. The garden/ water feature is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen. This property is quite large and has so many fun things to enjoy; hot tub, sauna, horseshoe, fire pit, bbq, outdoor shower, pool… the list goes on. The hosts were very kind and showed us immense hospitality. We will definitely be visiting again!
