Nice location with good on-site amenities. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The rv sites are a little close together, but thankfully we were the only people there. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price.

We enjoyed our stay on Jamie's land. The property is beautiful. Totally surrounded by mature forest and a large lawn with grazing deer. The RV pads were very well constructed and required no leveling. Jamie came to meet us right away to explain the hookups, give directions to forest and creek, wifi password, and even brought treats for our pup. We weren't able to take advantage of the sitting area because of the rain, but it was a nice space. We would recommend this property to other travelers in the area.

What an amazing place to stay! James and Linda go above and beyond to make you feel safe and attend to your needs, while giving you your privacy and space. Their land is absolutely stunning, the creek has it's own waterfall (and feels more like a river), and the camp spots are easy to back a trailer into and are nice and level. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

LOVED our stay at Jame's place. He was wonderful about communicating and the rv space was PERFECT. Trees, quite, level. Also, at the entrance is a wonderful waterfall. So peaceful! Would highly recommend and we will be back. THANKS for having us.

Loved staying here with my pup! Itâs peaceful and very comfortable. Also the WiFi worked great for meetings etc. while I worked remotely. James and Linda really care about their guests and it shows!

What a beautiful spot! The stark contrast between a hi-tech unit set in a remote nature space is awesome. 𤊠The deer in the yard & sunrise behind the trees was beautiful! Stars are super visible & there are multiple waterfall hikes nearby & itâs only 30 min outside Eugene. We appreciated the local info the host provided & the Nespresso & top tier toiletries & snacks. The shower & Biobedet & everything LED was just so cool! We will definitely be back again!

This was our second stay recently- passed back through on a long camping trip and we were all excited to be back. It was cooler weather but we still had a great time around the property. Such a peaceful place with only wind and bugs to be heard at times. Thanks again James and Linda :)

We had a great time at the RV site for 5 nights. We camped in tents outside the RV and it was wonderful having a ton of shade nestled up next to the forest with the summer heat!
There is so much to do on the property and we didnât need to leave to keep our nearly 4-year-old busy and entertained. We went to the creek every day (on tubes and wandering in the creek), biked around, stumbled upon a stream in the nearby forest, played in the field and around the fruit trees, hiked to top of the property and so much more!
James and Linda are very accommodating and kind hosts. We missed them after we left and hope to return soon! This place is special and they are continually working to improve it. Definitely go here, itâs a GEM!

Perfect for Family Adventures

James and Linda were the most gracious hosts! When we arrived James gave us a tour and showed us the different swimming holes (which were absolutely breathtaking and easily accessible). Our kids built forts and overall has the best time. It was an amazing stay for our family and very kid friendly. It is quiet and my two kids had a great time hearing the sounds of nature, picking plums off of the trees, swimming and having space to be kids. James was very responsive to our needs and quick to solve any issue we had. We are already thinking through all of the people we want to bring back to this amazing place! Thank you James and Linda!

Staying ath Winberry Walden was a dream come true. The remote location hearing on nature, the river in the backyard, and the wild life around was so wonderful. The hosts, James and Linda provide every comfort one would need inside their glamping studio, which is really a VERY cozy stay with a mini split, a kitchenette, and stylish bathroom that is wonderful to warm up in! The near by river with private swimming holes, hikes around the property were so much fun too. We will be retunring and cannot recommend this stunning get away for anyone looking for a nature retreat. Not to mention how close they are too from a really cool lake that was nearly empty in the middle of summer. This is such a hidden gem of a place! We cannot wait to see what James and Linda keep doing with this property and opening up more spaces to people to enjoy this beatiful location. My only complaint is that I had to go home. ;) Thank you, James and Lind!

Forest Haven With All The Comforts!

I split my time between the cozy studio rental and the RV sites, and both were fantastic in their own ways. The studio is beautifully designed! Clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches like a little bistro table, adorable mushroom wall art, a super comfy bed, and a gorgeous tiled shower. The kitchen area is small but mighty, with everything you need (including fun mini appliances!) to cook a simple meal. A mini fridge and microwave onsite, too, and clean!
The property itself is peaceful and surrounded by towering trees, which makes it feel tucked away from everything. The gravel RV sites are spacious, level, and have a nice mix of sun and shade, plus picnic tables and easy access to trash, power, & water!.
One of my favorite parts was exploring the trails, swimming hole and waterfall, LITERALLY steps away from camp! I can't believe this was all for my private use while I stayed!
The hosts James & Linda are so kind, and clearly take great care of the property and take so much pride in being hosts! They had a few snacks and drinks stocked in the studio, and even cozy music playing to welcome me. So sweet of them!! :')
This spot is great as a comfortable basecamp for adventures or a relaxing forest escape! I'm already planning my next "artist getaway" here; it's the perfect spot to disappear for a few days and create. Iâll definitely be back!

Modern Rustic Studio on the River
James & Lindaâs studio was perfect for our short stay. We loved all the personal touches and doggy treats. The bathroom and lighting in the studio was amazing! The property is beautiful with plenty of shade and we even took a dip in the swimming spots. Our pup Nala loved all the space. Thanks again for having us we canât wait to be back!

The accommodation was top notch , beautiful views, friendly host . Everything was amazing, we could not have asked for anything more. The whole experience was 100% what was advertised. Our dog max was welcomed, and the property was super clean . We will absolutely be going back, I honestly have nothing to complain about what so ever and that saids a lot because I usually find something I do not like . I was 100% impressed.

This place is like staying in a tech savvy hotel, in the forest. The hosts have gone out of their way to make this a home away from home. Very peaceful. They were also very kind and accommodating to my sometimes barking dog.

James and Linda are such wonderful hosts! The care they have for the land and hosting is so evident. Great communication prior to the trip and throughout. The bed was super comfortable. There were thoughtful touches throughout including coffee, tea, coconut water, toothpaste, deodorant, and yummy snacks. Plus cool tech amenities! The property is stunning - you can hear the river and wind. We got to enjoy a big rain storm on the covered deck, too! It was the perfect relaxing getaway. We would encourage anyone to stay here and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you so much for having us!
