Our 5.6 acre hobby farm is located on the bank of the Santiam River with 200 feet of riverfront. It is located between the towns of Lebanon and Sweet Home off Hwy 20. It's fun to drop into the river 3 miles upriver near Sweet Home and kayak right up to our beach! Take in a stunning river-view sunrise from the group fire pit area, located about a 2 minute walk from the RV camp site. Canada geese, ducks, river otters, mink, deer, bald eagles and osprey frequent this stretch of the river. Unwind with a mindful walk through our stone labyrinth. Or hang a hammock by the river and nap to the sound of rushing water. We are a beginning hobby farm, currently home to pasture raised chickens and developing gardens. Seasonal produce and pasture raised eggs may be available for purchase during your stay.

Riverside Joyful Yurt

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest! Our 5.6 acre property is heavily treed with old firs and cedars. We are located on the bank of the South Fork of the Santiam river about 3 miles north of the city of Sweet Home. The yurt includes a nearby communal fire pit and private picnic table for your personal use. The property has a separate, unheated bathroom building that includes 2 hot showers, 2 flushing toilets, 2 hand washing sinks and a separate, outdoor dish washing sink. Filtered well water for drinking is available as well. We recommend bringing a camp stove for cooking and a camp chair for outdoor relaxing. Bring your own SUP, kayak or tube and float to or from the property!

Shabby Chic Cabin in the Trees

Snuggle in to our cozy, quaint cabin! The cabin features shabby chic furnishings, many made by hand by our family. It is is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstands, futon, electric fireplace & breakfast nook with bar refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Plates, cups, silverware, coffee pods, bedding and towels are provided! Hot showers and toilets are located in a separate, unheated building about a 1 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest! Great spot to camp to have access to Foster Lake, Cascadia, etc. It is an RV spot so if you’re tent camping like I was make sure to bring whatever you need to be comfortable camping on gravel but it was very peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed that there were showers, toilets, and a kitchen sink as well as the hammocks, rock labyrinth, and group fire pit on the property. As we were getting ready to check out my sister realized her car battery was dead but Josh came and jumped us and Tessie was always very responsive. Great place to stay!

Nestled in a grove of well groomed trees were clean sites for camping, 2 clean showers and 2 clean separate toilets. Incandescent lights strung along the cabins gave the place a warm and inviting glow and the short walk to the water was worth it at sunset :)

This site is beautiful and the amenities were all very clean. Having full hookups in a private setting is a luxury, and it was easy for us to get in and out of the rv spot. It’s also just minutes from town where there are plenty of services like gas, grocery and restaurants.

Wayfinder Farm RV Space

A rare, and beautiful piece of property with old growth trees along the river. Nice modern amenities give a very 'glamping' sort of feel. Easy access right off the highway. Close to town and lots of hiking and boating opportunities in the area. Great eggs left right in the refrigerator for you. Hammocks are up between many of the trees which fits right in to the relaxed vibe of the place.
