Very quiet and peaceful spot! Given privacy during our stay. Bryce was kind and left the gate open for our arrival and open with communication. Very accommodating!
Spot a little slanted uphill, not too bad if you have tire blocks. Water pressure nice.
Verizon got very little service, AT&T got satellite but was rough, T-Mobile didn’t get service. Take that into mind, though very nice if you’re looking to get away from it all like we were!

Great location with all the facilities. We went to a local winery on Friday night that had a band and great food. We would return. Easy In-N-Out.

The spaces are clean, and totally level. he has done it well, you back in and level side to side..... Absolutely no electrical issues, clean area around tank dump which I appreciate... water is clean and reasonable pressure.. Honestly I could not ask for a better site
And, he is open to to answer your questions . yet respects your space.
We would ask questions, he would help us out.
Bryce totally was there friendly to answer and help our questions. Yet totally respected our space.

Quiet and peaceful. Level spot. Trees on the opposite site next to this. We didn’t use the fire pit but it was nice. This is a great place to use as a “home base” since we had an event to attend.

Nice and quiet! Full hookups in great working order, level spot and very easy for our 31’ class C to get into and out of. Private and safe. Bryce provided excellent directions and was easily available if we had any questions. Cell service is sporadic; no service on AT&T and slow data on Verizon. All in all a great base if you’re in the area exploring!

Staying on Bryce’s land was so perfect for our stop near Eugene. We loved watching the stars from our tent and hearing the frogs serenade us from the pond! We were greeted on our arrival and received so much helpful information. The best of which was to have dinner at Axe and Fiddle. Live music, delicious food, and excellent service! We had drinks with friendly locals at the Bohemian Bar and enjoyed the cuteness of Cottage Grove. Our hosts were gracious and we will definitely be back.

This site is peaceful and it’s a quick 8 miles off I-5. For us it’s well worth it to get away from the highway noise, campfire smoke, and loud 6 am talkers at traditional rv parks! Full hookups were a plus at this site, since they are sometimes hard to find at hipcamp sites. It was somewhat wintery while we were here, but my wife saw a flock of varied thrushes out at the edge of the woods. Everything was as described and the host left the gate open for us. We’ll be back.
