Tucked away in the wooded outskirts of Scappoose sits a quaint little bunkhouse reserved for your getaway. This cozy cabin gives you the opportunity to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just enjoy the serenity and stillness that only nature can offer. This tranquil abode is just what a soul needs to relax and embrace this little piece of Heaven. On the property we have five acres of trails to walk and enjoy nature. A unique experience for adults only (2 maximum)(No pets) Wifi availableTucked away in the wooded outskirts of Scappoose sits a quaint little bunkhouse reserved for your getaway. This tranquil abode is just what a soul needs to relax and embrace this little piece of Heaven. The Bunk House lies adjacent to the main house and within a vast five-acre expanse of wooded trails for you to explore at your own pace. Inside, you'll find a cozy and welcoming bedroom that offers all the comforts and conveniences of home. To keep you warm during the winter months, an electric fireplace and space heaters provide ample heat, while a portable air conditioner ensures comfort during the summer months. For your convenience, there is a sink with fresh bottled water, a well-equipped kitchenette with a table and two chairs, a microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, as well as tea, coffee, creamer, coffee cups, plates, utensils, and drinking glasses. Step outdoors and be welcomed by both a wood-burning fire pit and a porch fire pit, creating inviting spaces for you to gather and savor the experience. During the colder months, a motion activated heater for the porta-potty. (Please note: there is no indoor plumbing/porta-potty only). Moreover, we provide various forms of leisurely entertainment, including bean bag toss, board games, books and doodling paper.

Loved the shower looking out into the trees. The bunkhouse is full of careful details that really makes it feel like a curated experience to get away from life for a little while.

A Fairytale Retreat in the Forest
The Bunkhouse
Staying at this house felt like stepping into a nature fairytale. Swallows flit through the trees, owls call in the distance, and peaceful trails wind through the woods. Around the house, you’ll find charming little nooks with chairs and tables, perfect for relaxing, reading, or just soaking in the magic. It’s also very accessible from the Portland airport, with a beautiful, scenic drive that sets the tone for the stay. Kim was a fantastic host, warm, thoughtful, and welcoming. We absolutely loved being here. A peaceful retreat full of heart, perfect for nature lovers or anyone looking to recharge. Can’t recommend it enough.

The Bunkhouse
Beautiful property. The bunkhouse was decorated nicely and very clean. We were very comfortable there and loved the front porch. We also had a nice camp fire, thank you for the complementary firewood! This was a great place for our quick overnight trip. We were outside most of the time enjoying great summer weather seeing all of the beautiful trees, watching the birds and we also did a bit of skywatching. Loved The Bunkhouse!

Love it, second visit, already thinking about coming back in the Fall! Rode Crown Z right from Bunkhouse, recommend both. Clean outhouse, great outdoor shower, some kitchen amenities - Glamping Cabin at its finest 😎 🌲🦋

The Bunkhouse
The Bunkhouse was lovely and Kimberlie was an amazing host! We forgot. Few things and she happily helped us out. The property was incredibly peaceful, the deck was a great place to sit and relax, and there is motion sensor lighting when using the outhouse at nighttime. We were also supplied with plenty of firewood for two big fires during our stay. Overall we had a great time!

What a beautiful little bunk house!! Truly a gem- beautiful setting, very well set up, nice and welcoming touches. I didn’t realize quite how close to the main house the bunk house is but it didn’t negatively impact our stay at all. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful space with nice amenities
The Bunkhouse
The bunkhouse was a perfect getaway for the weekend. The cabin has a rustic feel with great amenities you would usually find in an Airbnb more readily than at a hip camp site, so we felt quite pampered. The grill, fire pit, decor, and sweet trails on the property stood out to me most. Listening to the frogs at night and getting some time with the stars was perfect. Great place to stay!

Drove from Colorado to go see my favorite childhood movie, Halloween Town! So grateful we found Kymberlie’s bunkhouse in St. Helen’s. Such a delightful little hidden gem in the woods. Really set the tone for the whole experience! Would recommend this stay to anyone! Thanks so much for taking such great care of us! Truly the highlight of my whole Oregon trip!

We had a delightful stay
The Bunkhouse
My favorite part of our visit was wandering on all the cute trails, built by the property owners. The cabin itself was a delight. There were so many cute decorations. Kymberlie is super nice, and she made us feel very welcome. Wie will definitely be back.

The bunkhouse was so cozy and comfortable. It was overall quiet and the surrounding forest was beautiful with easy to walk trails. Everything was clean and Kym was a very inviting and friendly host. I would stay here again!

The Bunkhouse was very clean and adorably decorated. It was the perfect getaway for me to reflect, practice mindfulness and re-ground myself to earth. The forested paths were just what I needed for some forest therapy. I would definitely stay here again.

Kimberly was so nice. She is an excellent decorator, the bunk house was so homey and the bed was sooo soft and nice. also, it was very peaceful there.

Beautiful Mossy Getaway
The Bunkhouse
My husband and I had a lovely time in the cabin next to Kymberlie and her husband’s place. It was the perfect “glamping” experience. A big comfy bed with pillows, sheets, and very soft blankets. There was a mini fridge to keep some food and drinks cd and a few dishes for just in case, and a sink with water from a big jug of water that goes into the faucet. There is a very clean port-a-potty next to the cabin so it was really convenient. There was plenty of seating inside and out on the porch. The porch is probably the best part! One day it rained all day and we could sit out on the porch all we wanted. The cabin is also nicely heated with a couple of space heaters and an electric fireplace. And we needed it, it was pretty cold when we went! Their 5-acre property was really beautiful with a little stream within their “trails” and beautiful bright green moss everywhere!

The Bunkhouse is set up very nicely! Nice and quiet, very homey, comfortable and relaxing. It's an excellent place to get away for a night or two. Kymberlie and hubby are excellent hosts provide everything you could need for a comfortable stay. 100% recommended!
