We stayed for a Dave Matthews Band concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. We loved the site and view! Candace was very sweet and made sure we settled in well. The property is gorgeous and we even saw a beautiful family of deer during sunset. Highly recommend!

Excellent space, and a quick drive into Bend and Redmond. Close to homes, but felt very private the way the space is set up. Loved it, would definitely stay again.

We just used Candace's place for sleeping in our class C motor home. It was nice and quite with a cute little pond with trickling water. The place was a little rough but just fine for us.

We ended up not making it to the site this weekend. It was short notice so we didn’t ask for any refund. Hope to try it out next time we are in Bend.

Great spot. I wouldn’t recommend it for a large trailer camper but for a van it’s perfect. Also the host has the Google Maps pin right on the camping spot, something many hosts don’t do. I’d definitely stay here again

I needed a comfortable spot to camp very close to Bend. Candace’s spot proved perfect. There are views of The Sisters and other snow packed peaks. The little irrigation pond provided a lovely water sound and many a dragon fly. I had privacy as well.

We loved the little spot! A little pond with ducks and the croaking of frogs at night. About 10 minutes from the highway, so close enough to try out some breweries and the High Desert Museum, but far enough out to feel like we had gotten away for a vacation. We highly recommend it and hope to return.

The location of this site is good/rural. It was nice to have a 30 amp hook up and water. We feel site could use some TLC. Things need to be tidied up and either new furniture or no furniture would be better than dilapidated furniture. Also, the gravel apron between the road and side pad is incomplete.
This site has potential to be a great site. A little TLC and clean up could go along way.

We LOVE Cricketwood Farm. This has been our third visit and we just love it here. Why? The single spot is so private and our hosts are absolutely fabulous. Also, everything you need is only ten minutes away. Don't go anywhere else, book your stay in Bend here.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise/Sunset on Candace’s property. The location is great being so close to so many things going on in Bend. It’s just a few minutes drive. Backing our trailer onto the pad was tricky, but there is plenty of room for parking at the site. Talked to Candace on the phone; she was helpful and accommodating. The Mountain View is great. Oh, did I mention how quiet it is!

Peaceful, open, quiet spot. Beautiful sunset. Great access to Bend. A bit tricky backing into the spot for our 29ft trailer but doable. Power and water available as described. Great spot!

Candaces land was located just a 10-15 minute drive from all that Bend has to offer. The site was also quiet and it had water and electric. Overall, it was a nice stay. If I had one minor comment it is that the gravel pad meant for parking is a little short for longer RVs. The electric/light pole has guide wires on both sides making backing in and leveling trickier than most campsites if you have slides or a tall camper/Rv. That said, I would definitely stay on Candace's land again.

The land Candace provides to camp on is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets, and conveniently located in proximity to Bend and even Sisters. Everything worked great for our camper trailer, with water and power provided via the hook-ups on site. Thanks Candace!!

Perfect spot to park our travel trailer! Fresh water, electric, and views of the mountains is all we need to have a good time. Candace and Brenda were great hosts, can't wait to stay again!

Candace's hip camp was perfect for our last-minute overnight! She was super quick to respond. The spot felt private despite the house being 50 yards away. Nice to have a table and chairs at the spot.

TL;DR - 10/10 would stay again :)
First off, Candace (the host) is incredibly fast to respond to inquiries.
The property is just outside the main bustle of Bend (~5 to 7 minutes) and is incredibly beautiful. You literally can't go wrong with the mountain scene backdrop.
Their instructions were immaculately precise and very detailed to getting to the property and setting camp up.
I personally loved how quiet and tranquil the surrounding area was after 2 weeks being over stimulated with noise and lights at Burning Man. Just the perfect spot to decompress away from it all.

It was easy to access and find. We needed a quick place to stay the night so we came in late and left early so did not have the chance to meet Candace or explore much. It was very easy and the place worked great.

Could not wait to get out of there! Worse site in 3 years of traveling full time through the US. Unmaintained, overgrown, views of dilapidated buildings all around. Worse of all: the site is infested with rodents (you'll even see their turds on the water tap). On the second night a family of field mice moved into our walls so we now have to deal with pest control and the possible damage they have caused. When I mentioned it to the host, she completely dismissed my concerns, responding: "We just had a family stay for over a week and not once did they mention that they had that experience in fact they were very happy with their stay and so are many others".

A very quiet and peaceful place to park. Complete privacy and the host was not even seen until the morning we were leaving. She was incredibly friendly and helpful though. We absolutely enjoyed our three day stay there and got to see so much natural beauty. From the property you have a view of the Three Sisters and Mount Bachelor. It does have about a 2 mile stretch of dirt road to get to the property but the road is in great condition just a little dusty.

Great Spot. There was water and 30 Amp hookup, but the view was the greatest. There really were sunrise/sunset views as well as wildlife in the area. We actually came back after being on the coast for a day and stayed another night on our way home.
