The host wasn't at the location when I booked. He intermittently answered messages about questions that I had becauseI didn't see any information related to the check-in process for anything else related to the property online. I asked him a couple questions and the answer but then did not answer other ones. Maybe that's not the normal situation for this place but I don't know. I asked about the fire pits but didn't get an answer. So I feel like I may paid for some menus but wasn't able to use them because there was no information about it.

Gorgeous spot right on the river where you can watch seals from your camper! Easy location with power and lots of space. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very neat and well maintained place to camp! Great hookups and nice clean space and convenient amenities (bathroom, shower and laundry). Keep in mind the bathroom and laundry area is only open until 8pm but if you can live with that you'll enjoy your stay. Beautiful rogue river views immediately next to you.

The site was clean and neat. The view of the river was beautiful. We were in site #1, and feel that is the best site of the four. We were the only campers for the one night we stayed, so it felt spacious. It definitely would have felt more cramped if there were campers in the site next to us.

Tony was such a great host! Super accommodating and helpful. He met us when we arrived to make sure we got setup comfortably and gave us some great suggestions of things in the area. Within walking distance of a restaurant, had shower, full hookups, and a dump site he allowed us to use. We saw seals and had a beautiful view of the river and the ocean in the distance. Would recommend and def will stay again when in town!

We only needed a night as we traveled and Tony's accommodation fit the need well!
Felt safe and there was nobody around so it was extremely private.
Gotta love a bathroom with a good shower too.
Clean gravel to park on, water and electric to hookup to.

We had an amazing stay at Tony’s gem of a spot! We only stayed one night with our RV and three kids, but it was truly memorable. The location is perfect—right on the water, where we enjoyed watching the seals and sea lions, which was such a treat for the kids. The neighbors were friendly, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. Tony’s hospitality was outstanding; he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed(the washer and dryer was a huge plus). We highly recommend this place and would love to return for a longer stay!

It was a great location. Beautiful area, lots to do. We enjoyed the stay very much. The hosts were very nice. Just fyi: the bathrooms close at 8pm and reopen at 8am. We didn’t have a bathroom in our RV so we had to make sure we used the facilities early and late. Also gate closes in the evening so you won’t be able to drive out. We did have a lovely walk on the beach in the evening. Everything was pretty accessible by walking. We would stay again.

Great spot on the river! Easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Everyone was really friendly. Shower / restroom were clean. $5 wash /dry laundry.

Otters!!! So cool, and what a great site! We were in a campervan unfortunately and the toilet isn't available after 8pm. That was my bad, i didn't read the listing close enough. Definitely better for RVs. The hosts seemed like a lot of fun!

We needed this easy stop so badly. Long roadtrip with kids and dogs down the coast and looking for a quick departure in the morning. Directions led us right to it. We backed in and gave the dogs water which was at each site, got our beds ready in the truck, used the bathroom. Which does close! It’s closed from 9pm- 8am. The host kept it open a little later for our late arrival. We were definitely ready for it to open by 8 am!!! It has a shower too. There is also a gate to the property that the host closed at night, which was much appreciated. We all slept well and the fog was so beautiful in the morning on the water!!! Highly recommend heading on over to The Kissing Rock for coffee. It’s right down the road and so so good!!

Great view of the water, weather is nice, community is great. Walk to town is pleasant and scenery is breath taking. Met a few other campers who stay there regularly, would definitely recommend for RV and car campers.

Great location on the Rogue River. Site was good for a stopover and the host was very welcoming and accommodating. I arrived late in the evening and she offered to leave the bathroom open for an extra hour, which was appreciated. The bathroom/shower was functional, but appeared not have been cleaned in some time. Other than that it was a good spot to my 1 night stopover.

Awesome little spot right on the river! Tony was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed doing touristy things in neighboring Gold Beach, OR. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for us to spend overnight on our journey further up in Oregon. We had a tasty and casual meal at Porthole across the bridge. .We were able to shower and get our laundry done. $5 is suggested to pay for laundry by dropping bills in a locked box. 1 washer and 1 dryer (not the newest). 1shower and 1 toilet in the same room. Laundry and shower are available 8 AM to 8 PM.
