The campsite offers a cozy and relaxing experience with a variety of amenities like a hot tub and hammock, surrounded by a peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful nearby park. Guests appreciate the responsive and accommodating host, Ritchie, who ensures a comfortable stay by providing thoughtful touches like puzzles and cards. While most found the camper clean and well-appointed, one visitor noted a lingering smoke smell and some wear and tear, though they still valued the experience overall. The location is convenient for exploring Portland, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

Overall it’s a great spot, with a friendly host, some amenities, a hot tub, and a nice quiet beautiful backyard.
However, I have to be brutally honest and tell you that there is a distinct and unpleasant smell to the whole place, and also the bed. It’s not like someone smoked in the place, but someone who smokes was sleeping there for a while and the room took on the odor.
Maybe I’m just very sensitive; but it was not the nicest smell.
It’s a bit older so some things are actively falling apart, but it’s charming and a good value and I had a nice time.

Great value. Ritchie has created a budget friendly peaceful oasis. Overall beautifully quite neighborhood (minus a couple of dogs barking on their morning walk and sound of pickle ball at the park which was pleasant enough ambiant noise)
Camper itself was adorably appointed and I appreciate Ritchie avoids harsh chemical cleaning agents making this a more synthetic chemical avoidant friendly location than I’m always readily able to find.
We had a relaxing time and grateful for the great location and ease of access and communication for a semi last min staycation

Ritchie was a great host! He made sure I had all the info I needed to comfortable in the camper, since I was getting in late at night and he wouldn't be able to show me in person. His home is in a nice neighborhood, next to a huge, beautiful park! I came without a car and had no problem accessing public transit from this location.
The camper itself was exactly what I needed: a comfortable, private place to sleep while I was in the city. The bed was comfy, and the shower was a godsend after a day of hiking and exploring the city. I definitely plan to stay here again, and I would recommend this to other solo travelers or a couple who doesn't mind being cozy.

First, Ritchie was a fantastic host, communicative, responsive, kind, and respectful of our privacy. We were looking for a camping alternative in town for a few nights, and the Airstream fit perfectly: quiet, private, and comfortable, and we slept really well! When we wanted more space, we enjoyed the beautiful backyard seating area and the large, shady park right across the street. The hot tub was an added bonus! The neighborhood felt very safe, with lovely homes and friendly neighbors. Overall, a really great stay!

Loved it!
Ritchie's camper was great! Very comfortable, had everything we needed. There were a couple nice extra touches as well such as filtered water in the mini fridge and coffee was provided. Location was ideal, right next to a large public park and easy biking distance to downtown. Was really nice to have air conditioning as we stayed here during a heat wave. I would definitely stay again!

Fun Camper!
Ritchie was the best! He made us feel so welcome and created the most wonderful experience in the camper! It was quaint, cozy, and clean! We had the best time in Portland knowing that we could go back to such a quiet and lovely “home away from home”! Thanks again Ritchie!
