Small family farm, this is a working farm, NOT AN RV PARK, we ARE UNDERGOING SOME TRANSFORMATIONS SO YOUR PATIENCE AND KINDNESS ARE APPRECIATED, Room for tent or rv. About 15 min drive to sand dunes where you can ride your atv. Must have an off road oregon driver'license,and off road permits . Can get those online. Fishing and boating nearby. Well-mannered dogs ok. Road coming into property has a hill and a sharp turn. Not easy for large rv's .Notary services available. Verizon cell works. If for some reason I am out of service please don't wait for response. If calender shows open then come on in. I have a caretaker there to greet you if I am unavailable. this site is a more private and primitive area. near trail, car, van tent ok. fairly flat with big trees for shelter and shade. there's a deck area for cooking. a little bit of a walk to get to the restroom. 5 min to grocery store. 20 min drive to dunes and beach. Hiking trails from property. Campfire in designated area.

We are doing upgrades to property so this site is undergoing some transformations, please be patient and kind. parking is on gravel, This is a working farm, NOT AN RV PARK. Your leashed canine pet is welcom. We are about 20 min to the beach. Fishing and boating access nearby as well. Coos bay Oregon. Amazing sand dunes at horsefall dunes in north bend Oregon. you can ride atvs, hiking trails, pick nik about 20 min drive. Many nice restaurants in the area. Atv rentals by dunes. Surfing at sunset Beach. Antique shopping. Local brewery and night life in town.

A unique stay. Directions were not super clear as to where to find the site, there are many buildings on the property. Was thankful though for the host’s graciousness to let us hang some towels and our rain fly in their barn to dry out overnight. Was great to have a covered shelter to cook/hang out in the evening. Fire pit is across the road, though the grass was not cut and marshmallows were left all over and we’re not cleaned up after the last guest. Happy to have access to a flush toilet, but it was not clean, and the trash was full when we arrived. Did not feel the most safe because we saw many faces walking the property, though friendly, unsure their association with the farm or the neighborhood we were staying in. There was a bit of traffic coming and going in the middle of the night which was unnerving. With a bit of improvement and more description of what the site is, this can be a great spot.

Though located close to others in a residential area, it was on the outskirts next to open land. I explored the trails a bit. They go through clearcut and up a hill which offers an expansive view of the area. It was fairly quiet except for the rooster in the morning. He would start crowing about every 15 minutes, like a snooze button. Lol!

The host was very kind and sweet, however the property is a mess with piles of stuff everywhere. We drove in and immediately turned around. Grateful to have received a refund right away.

This is a really good spot for a night if you are travelling through. The land is bit rough around the edges but the price makes it worth it. Marsha and her daughter were delightful. I would strongly recommend this spot to ladies travelling solo. Very safe and quiet.

great site and campground host. they were very accommodating with our reactive pit bull (they have dogs and a neighbor's goat on the property) and allowed us to park near their entrance so our dog wouldn't bark all night. overall this was a wonderful quick stay

This was a peaceful and quiet location and the host was very responsive. The fire pit was nice. The road in was dirt and very hilly. It would be difficult with a rig longer than 30 feet. This is a working farm so there’s piles of debris and equipment all around. That said, there was a cute goat and we felt very safe there.

Marsha was such a nice host to us during our stay. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of her place. Sanitary facility and water available if you need it. Definitely a plus for us! I would definitely stay with Marsha again if we find our selves in the area. Thank you Marsha, such a pleasure to meet you!
