Double K Bunkhouse Vacation Rentals

Rustic glamping at its best! A bit off the beaten path but interestingly tucked into a small town, the bunkhouse is thoughtfully stocked with essentials. We loved getting the camping vibe (no indoor plumbing) but not having to haul all the extra gear! Cowboy bunkhouse 2 has enough sleeping room for 3 average sized people- thankfully our kids are small enough to both fit on the sofa bed. Wonderful stay at Kristie’s!

We loved staying in the cowboy cabin! It was perfect for our little family for the weekend. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of bedding, the ac was a great feature, and our kids appreciated being able to watch tv after a long day! Kristine had it stocked with goodies and coffee which we very much appreciated. 10/10 recommend if you are staying in the area!

Place was comfortable, beds very comfortable. Stayed with my family of 4 & we had enough room. Host was extra helpful both ahead of time with my questions and during our stay. I liked the extras in the place like a few snacks, and little random things that just made it perfect.

A Wonderful Weekend Getaway!!

Kristine's cabin was the perfect pit stop on our way to Crater Lake NP. It offered all the comforts and necessities for a 3 day trip and Kristine was a warm and kind host! We had a peaceful and refreshing stay surrounded by nature. Everything was just what we needed. We hope to come back someday!

Perfect weekend get away

What a treat! Kristine and her husband were awesome hosts, their land is super cute & so beautiful. We loved sitting outside and enjoyed stargazing at night. The cabin was a perfect spot for us to stay for the weekend and hit the Umpqua River. We hope to come back soon and stay!!

Kristine’s spot was a perfect spot for us to stay in during our west coast road trip! The space we stayed in was clean and had great accommodations, and Kristine was so nice and communicative. We’d definitely stay here again.

The cabin was cozy and warm, just as advertised. The hosts were communicative and kind. We had a wonderful stay and the goats, chickens, and ducks were adorable and lovely! Would definitely recommend this place.

Kristine was the nicest and most accommodating host. Her communication was incredible. And her property is beautiful (baby goats and lots of chicks AND a mountain view in the distance). The space was very clean and you can tell she put a lot of thought and intention into the design. We really loved and enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Kristine!!!!

The location was fantastic. The Umpqua National Forest is a short drive with so many water falls and good hikes. The camp itself is cozy and has cute goats and fun chickens. Kristine and her family are wonderful humans. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to be in the area.

This cabin is so cute and Kristine is a wonderful hostess. She responded to my questions quickly and had everything ready before I arrived, including having the A/C on. Her yard was good for stargazing and the goats were delightful. There are a lot of outdoors things to do in the area, including waterfalls and hiking trails. I recommend Double K to anyone wanting a short stay in the country.

We loved this little cabin for our quick stop on the way to Crater Lake! Super cute, host was really helpful even though we were a day of booking and arriving late. Super helpful and thoughtful, and responded really quickly to my question about the outdoor light. Plenty of water bottles chilled in the fridge for us, as there's no running water, which was really nice. Great cute place!

This place absolutely exceeded every expectation we could have possibly had! Kris and Kelly are amazing people who have a beautiful way of accommodation and hospitality. I loved baby goat and all the other animals were so adorable and such a comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Glamping after camping

We were tent camping in WA and wanted to break up our trip back to CA. Found Kristine’s hip camp and booked for 2 nights and then added a 3rd..(it was also nice to sleep in as much as I love tent camping :))I loved our stay in the tiny house! We rented both tiny houses! We had 2 people and 3 dogs so it was just easier that way! We all loved it. Everyone slept great! Cute and cozy! Kristine and her family were super nice and helpful if we needed anything! Kristine offered us a few cake pops she made, if you get a chance definitely try them! Lots of outdoor activities near by and some cute local restaurants. I would recommend and stay here again! Ps. Her baby goat is the cutest and super friendly!

I loved staying at Kristine's cabin! It was so cozy, the drive up to the property was breathtaking, and I felt so taken care of! I had wonderful conversations and funny moments with the farm animals! What a cute spot! Host was attentive and thoughtful. You've gotta ask her about her cake pops! The couch and bed are cozy and the property felt private. We had a small fire and an outdoor movie and the animals were totally charming. Thanks for sharing your birthday Kristine. It's worth noting that the toilet is a camp toilet that has to be emptied, was a bit close to too much use with three people 😊

The tiny cabin was a lot of fun, my kids and I had a great stay. My daughter said, "next time we're here, can we stay in this place again?". Kristine was very helpful and communicative. She met us when we arrived and showed us around, was friendly and I'd be happy to stay there again.

I enjoyed staying at Kristine's little cabin. Much better than I anticipated. Indoor plumbing, a choice of cabins, clean and comfy. Kristine was an excellent host! Loved seeing all the animals too. A little off the beaten path but if I am ever around there again I'd definitely stay. BTW Kristine, I lost a bunch of t shirts along my journey so if I happen to have left them there please let me know. I don't think I did but you never know. Thanks again for the accommodations!
