We enjoyed Celeste's wonderful apartment filled with meaningful art and everything else one could need. The land was amazing and the estuary experience unique (we so appreciated the kayaks provided to actually be in the estuary). Celeste is a lovely host, Pacific City is a sweet town, and the nature all around just fantastic!!

Estuary Retreat Near Pacific City
We really enjoyed our stay at Celeste’s. She sent an email before to make sure we could identify her property and knew where to go upon arrival. She has everything available that is needed for a comfortable stay. The view is beautiful and the space was relaxing. Perfect space for two people. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place, wonderful and kind host. This spot has a cozy, friendly vibe...plus snacks and drinks! Best of all, it is as close as you can be to the estuary water, as well as a beautiful and easy hike around the small island in the middle of the estuary. Celeste has two kayaks for use and two lovely outdoor seating areas to take in this peaceful place. My time there was rejuvenating. The calm and welcoming atmosphere of the home, paired with nature right outside your doorstep, made it the perfect place to stay on the coast.

Such a wonderful place! Everything inside was cozy and well-appointed. The 15 second walk to the Adirondack chairs overlooking the estuary waters was incredible. Celeste is a kind, helpful, and attentive host. I look forward to returning again.

We really enjoyed our one night at Celeste's place. The place had everything we could want: comfortable bed, bath, and kitchen that were really clean and welcoming. So many lovely personal touches. We enjoyed a fire in the firepit next to the estuary in the evening and morning coffee in the comfortable outdoor chairs. I wish we had decided to stay for longer?

Celeste's retreat is so special! There is plenty of room, both inside and outside to relax and enjoy the nature and wildlife of the estuary. Whalen island is short walk across the bridge, with a wonderful short hiking loop, the scents of both pine and the ocean commingling. Celeste offers everything you need for cooking and an eclectic assortment of books and games too. I slept so well here, the energy is on point! Such a serene area, such a responsive and respectful host!

The place was perfect. I will return for sure. Comfy bed. Great fluffy pillows. Towels and shower stuff were provided. I wasn’t expecting that! A few stepping stones down to the estuary, and as the tide comes and goes…. It was perfect for the paddle boards! The ambiance is comforting.

This place is lovely!! Located close to pacific city and cape lookout so there is something for everyone. Such a slice of piece and quiet, and a beautiful view of the estuary at high or low tide!

This was a magical little spot. I knew when I walked in that a lot of intentionality was put into this healing space. There were very thoughtful touches and if you're an artist, this is the place for you. Lots of great supplies too! I look forward to coming back soon.

Celeste's Place was absolutely beautiful. Watching the tide ebb and flow throughout the estuary was awesome! We had not expected it to get so high that weekend. The surrounding area is so full of life and so many views! It's a short stroll to the nearby Whalen Island park, where you can have a nice hike around the island. We spotted 2 bald eagles on the bay side of the island having lunch together! Celeste was so accommodating and her place has such a perfect touch. It was calm and very serene. Exactly what we were looking for! All in all we had an amazing time and would love to come back again to stay at Celeste's! 💕

Have a cozy and charming retreat at Celeste's place! Absolutely loved the vibe outdoors looking over the Estuary and indoors with books and snacks. I hope to come back in the spring and summer and Kayak around. You are very close to Pacific City, so it was easy to get food and walk around the beach with minimal effort.

We loved staying at Celeste’s place! There was a nice view of a lake, she had a beautiful fire pit, and the apartment was excellent. Celeste’s place was well decorated with really nice accents with very nice toiletries and items to use during your stay. You can tell she put a lot of time and love into her place.

The place was so quaint and beautiful. It had all the comforts you need to stay cozy and have fun! Celeste was very friendly and responsive and made us feel very welcome. There is a beautiful nature walk right around the corner too. Staying here really enhanced our trip!

Celeste was a great host. Her space was clean, welcoming, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was a short drive to a variety of activities and restaurants. As we sat by our fire down at the water there was so little light pollution that it felt like we could see every star in the sky.
