This is what I noticed:
The campsite is located right next to a private residence, a stinky horse and donkey pasture, with LOTS of flies, and a barn, there is a VERY bright motion sensor light that literally takes hours to turn off that illuminated the campsite til past 2 am (they would not turn it off when we asked them to).
There are free ranging chickens, if you have a dog that will react to them, be aware.
The farm dogs, Smokey and Bandit at the site are dog aggressive and charged the fence and even started snapping at each other when I was dragging my dog away; we were walking the property as invited to when this happened.
The second morning, we were cooking outside and a bunch of yellowjackets showed up, they were agressive, and came into the rv and stung me in the temple while I was doing the dishes.
The owner, when I told him I was unhappy about the location and description upon arrival, his first response was that I can just leave if I am unhappy, and offered a refund.
He came by and gave us eggs from the chickens. That was kind.
The gravel rv pad is uneven and the owner has 2x6s out for you to use to level your rig.
There is a small gravel pile, sufficient to level the pad, just adjacent to the site.
