It is fully furnished, and has all of the amenities you need for your visit to the High Desert: one queen bed small futon in living room 42 in flat screen TV, with DirecTv gas range microwave coffeemaker refrigerator table servings for 4 hair dryer bed and bath linens

It's a nice place, clean and quiet, I just think $75 a night is a little steep, $55 as a pass through would work.
