Great site not far from Cincinnati
We really enjoyed our time at this campsite.
The property lies along a fork of the Little Miami River. It feels very secluded: although the small town of Morrow is on one side of the property and an apparently large suburban subdivision is across the water somewhere on the other side, you wouldn't know it. There is plenty of land and a low forested ridge between the camping areas and the town, while the water side features a decent sized tree lined island midstream to buffer suburbia.
The grounds are clean and flat and the hosts provide plenty of firewood for sale upon request. Also, the hosts are very responsive to communication.
A major thunderstorm came through before evening and we discovered our old tents were leaking so we didn't stay the night. Luckily, the site is only about an hour away from Cincinnati (which is another great feature, for us) so we were able to chill for a bit before the next storm hit.
However, our daytime excursion was quite enjoyable and we're looking forward to the time we'll be able to come back to spend the night.
