Little Riverbend farm was established in 1996 by Dave and Traci Bitler. The original property was settled sometime in the mid 1800s with the main house built sometime between 1872-1875. Through several generations the property was passed between the original owners family members, then split up and sold into lots. When the Bitlers purchased the property in 1996, the main house was sold with 3 acres and the 2 stall barn. Then in 2015 they were able to purchase an additional 9 acres of adjoining property giving them the additional pasture and woods running along the Auglaize River. LRBF Hidden Escape Site 2

Great river side camping spot. Traci is responsive and took care of all our needs. If you’re camping with kids, definitely check out the “farm experience”! And the fresh eggs were real treat! Highly recommend Traci’s place!

Traci was a wonderful hostess with interesting tidbits about the area. The campsite itself was beautiful and fairly secluded, with trails to walk along the river. We enjoyed the variety of wildlife and the serenity of this place!

LRBF Hidden Escape Site 1

We really enjoyed this spacious, private campsite tucked right along the river. It was perfect for a weekend stay. The property was fun to explore, and the goats and chickens were an added bonus. Our daughter had a great time visiting with the goats and collecting eggs. Traci was an excellent host- friendly and welcoming. We are pretty avid campers, but had we experienced any issues or needed anything, she was available. We will definitely camp at this spot again in the future.
