Historic 1840’s farm right on the river and .5 miles from downtown Loveland via the bike trail. It’s secluded and feels like the middle of nowhere, yet you can walk to restaurants, shops, breweries, and more. Mr Ertel used to live here and it is one of the oldest properties in Loveland Ohio. Private 20 acres. Learn more about this land: -20 acres of land on the Loveland bike trail! Private area -Choose open areas on flat grassland or secluded spots in the woods or by creek -Right on the little Miami river with private creek access - half mile walk to downtown Loveland where there are shops, restaurants, breweries, etc.! -Land is on the Loveland bike trail (less busy area). There are plenty of private spots available far away from the trail. -fire pit and picnic table at recommended camp sites, but feel free to move them -House on site, but no one will be there as this is our second home. Don’t go in the house, alarm system will sound. -Historic 1840 Ertel house -Sunny and shady spots available -Pets welcome! -Choose your spot or pick one of our recommended locations -something that you need but don’t see? Peaceful & Serene

This campsite exceeded my expectations. The setting was beautiful, private, and felt very safe. While it did rain some while we were there, the canopy of trees at the site provided excellent cover. The property is right on the bike trail and the ride into town was easy and quick with plenty of fun things to do once there. We also took advantage of the kayaks and had an awesome time paddling on the river. There were a few camp chairs set up at the site so no need to bring your own. Katarina was super nice & responsive. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great Site and Location

Great site at a great location. Being able to walk into town was amazing and Katarina was so nice. The site was well kept with lots of space. Highly recommend this property!

Secluded, peaceful camping

Beautiful location—secluded and surrounded by trees! The creek is close too—a perfect hang out spot! Host was very responsive!
