2 acres with a 1/4 acre fishing pond, stocked with Channel Cat, Crappie, Bluegill and Bass. Although the catfish have eaten everyone out of house and home. I have a few sites available, or set up where you want. A large fire ring area is available. You can fish, you can eat your catch or keep a few. If chicken eggs are available I will make them available to campers. You can visit the chickens and feed the catfish. These are tent sites and you may have to park your vehicle and walk to set up. Firewood is available for use at the site. We are close to several kayaking rental places along the Little Miami River, Morrow and Morgan's are close by. This would be a good spot to tent camp during the famous Todd's Fork Revival Festival in July as we are just 5 minutes from the site. I will probably be going! Mostly surrounded by a horse farm, so you may have an opportunity to see some horses out in the fields next door. Food, gas, etc. is available within 5 mins into town. Peaceful and one great place to see the stars. Sites are first come first serve on location.

Site 1 is located at the far end of my pond. There is a cabinet, prep table, quaint picnic table, large fire pit area, and plenty of shade. This site may accomodate a few tents, depending on placement. You can fish as this pond is stocked, mostly with channel cat, but bass, bluegill and crappie make an occasional appearance. You may feed the catfish and visit the chickens on the property. You can catch and cook the fish as well.

Dispersed Site is set up near the barn for electric. (30 Amp) It is flat here and a gravel drive. You may boondock on property if electric isn't an issue. It can even accommodate car camping in the driveway if necessary. I also have campers available to rent, need to arrange prior to visit. There is a designated fire pit on the property close to your site.

Site 1- Honeysuckle Cove Pond

Jeff's place was very nice, and I am glad I stayed there! Its a beautiful area and he had some thoughtful touches like a vinyle cover on the picnic table, firewood and kindling available and fishing poles available at the pond. I will say that the adjacent property has horses. They are beautiful and calm but there is a certain smell, depending on how the wind is blowing. It didn't bother me at all, but I think it's worth mentioning. Thanks Jeff!

It was a great last minute stay, host was very responsive and helpful. The pond is very well kept and the kids stayed busy catching fish for many hours. Firewood was provided and the pit was even ready to start when we arrived. Site #2 was well shade and protected by from the wind, very little bugs.

The owner was very respectful, understanding about us running behind on schedule, and was very informative for the stay such as stories, supplies for building a fire (which was already prepped) a lantern (again prepped for use) and a whole pond that was ready for fishing. I will highly recommend and plan on seeing again sometime.

Nice place to get away without having to go too far. The site was level and clean. There is a pond where you can fish and best of all it was peaceful. Will definitely be back. The host was super friendly and helpful.

We loved tent camping on Jeff's land! It was peaceful and he was so accommodating. We went to the Todds River Revival and it was the perfect distance away from crowds but close to the event. Also wonderful fishing!! Our 5 yr old son loved it!
