Learn more about this land: Harrison Farm is a working livestock farm, with goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, ducks, a horse, a donkey, and super friendly barn cats. We host many events, including yoga classes, tours, on-Farm dinners, and private parties. We are located thirty minutes from downtown Columbus, just outside of historic Canal Winchester, and only five minutes from BrewDog. The hills of southeastern Ohio are close by, with Lancaster only twenty minutes away, and just an hour’s drive to Hocking Hills or Tar Hollow. We welcome you to relax in solitude, or join us to learn more about farming. Please note: when you arrive, please text and we will assist you with parking. Harrison Farm is a working farm, with all the real sights, sounds, and smells of a working livestock farm. We love sharing the farm with our visitors, and we want to make sure our guests know that camping at a farm means that it will truly be a farm. The goats thank you for understanding and respecting their home!

Beautiful Farm Life Experience! Some are hesitant about primitive tent camping, but this site offers 2 porta potties and the one I used was exceptionally clean. I made several four legged friends who just wanted a friendly scratch behind the ears or check out what I was cooking for dinner. I would love to stay here again when I am traveling in the area.

Katherine was a kind host and has a lovely property. I was hoping to be a little bit more secluded and when I got to the farm learned that there was going to be a birthday party and two yoga classes hosted at the same time that I was camping and the property isn't large enough to be isolated from the other activities. I wish I knew this before coming because it might have changed my plans.

This is a camping trip your kids will remember! Katherine was very nice. My kids couldn't wait to help and pet the animals. I'm so happy we got to stop here on our way through.

It was a lovely property. We had dinner with goats, chickens, ducks and cats one of the nights. It was in a nice community and close to Columbus.

Katherine was a terrific host from the time we arrived to when we departed. The goats were hilarious ( but be aware goats can unzip the tent) the other animals were all friendly. I would definitely return for another camping trip.

The spot was gorgeous. The animals were adorable. I did not get a chance to use the porta potty so I cannot say how clean it would be. Everyone seems super chill.

Katherines farm was beautiful, and her animals were very friendly, especially the orange cat who stayed with me most of my trip. I definitely intend on returning soon!

Wonderful farm, wonderful animals. Feel as though there should be some disclosure on the industrial facility down the street that is loud and operational all night/morning long with large flood lights making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night of star gazing.

Katherine was an excellent host and gave us a tour of the areas we had access to. The goats, chickens, ducks, and cats were super friendly and kept us smiling. There was a TON of rain the day we arrived which made the site a little muddy but nothing that risked our truck or travel trailer getting stuck. We recommend bringing ear plugs to sleep in unless you naturally wake up at 5:30am like the farm animals, lol. We had ours and slept great. Portapotty was very clean. It was also great being in the countryside but also very close to Canal Winchester (we enjoyed dinner at Harvest Moon). Thanks, Katherine!

The grass could have been cut lower in a small area for the tents. The photos from the site made it look like this would be the case. But I understand it’s a working goat farm. Katherine and the goats were wonderful though! We planned two nights but left after the first night as my son had developed hives all over his legs and didn’t want to make things worse for him.

We chose to stay here because the unruly goats sounded fun. We were pleasantly surprised by this place. What Katherine had done with her family farm is very impressive and we can’t wait to come again when we find ourselves in the area.

What an amazing place! Our host was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We had a great and peaceful experience. We definitely recommend to any campers or travelers. We will be back for sure!

Second time here and definitely NOT my last. I LOVE everything about this hip camp. It's an experience like no other. And the host Katherine is AMAZING. If you. Love animals... You must check it out.

Beyond expectations, best way to sum up our stay. Katherine was a great host, the animals were a blast, property was refreshing and pretty. She was flexible with our 2 cars from different states, 4 unruly dudes that loved camping with Unruly Goats. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or just a night out of the house.

This was such a unique experience! A twist on camping, just added some new fury friends to your camp site! Very chill experience overall and was nice to have the fire pit at night.

Holy smokes! What an incredible experience. My son had the best time. We got to witness the reason it’s called “unruly goat farm” when we went to say good morning to the goats and the two that we called “our babies” slipped through the bars to come play with us. Thank you Katherine for hosting us!

Beautiful place. Katherine was wonderful and I absolutely loved the goats. Made some new doggie friends and cat friends too. ❤️I actually cried a little when I left them. 😭

Everything about this place was great. From the host friendliness to the adorable animals. I made some goat friends, dog friends and one very special kitty that I actually cried when I left him. ❤️

This was a good camp site for what I needed. Katherine gave me three choices for where to put my camper. There is a big field that had lots of privacy. There were lots of goats and cats roaming around.

Katherine has some of the most friendly farm animals everrr!! The dogs layed outside our tent all night protecting us and the cats wanted nothing but cuddles and lovin. She was such a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable, would absolutely camp out here again!

Katherine is a gracious host. Her animals are abundant. I was able to hold a baby lamb born that very morning. He literally folder up right in my arms like a rag doll and cuddled right into my neck for a photo. If you are tent camping here you will have the sites shown in the photos. Just be aware that if you are in an RV or travel trailer that you will be in a gravel driveway next to animal pens and dogs who protect the flock at night (barking) fending off coyotes. May not be the most restful sleep (wasn’t for me) and you also will track lots of animal dung into your camper - have scratchy mats outside your entry doors.

We set out on a camping adventure to entertain a four year-old and have her experience camping for the first time. Boy, did she ever get a first time experience. Our time at the unruly goat farm was truly awesome for anyone who’s an absolute animal lover like Katherine. We were greeted and shown our spot and given a quick rundown of the farm and the animals were introduced by name. She has such great names for all of her animals and they have great friendly personalities. Everyone loved it so much they’re talking about coming back again very soon. Tip: if you want any of your food to survive around the campfire, please bring cat food. When the barn cats are fed, everybody’s happy and calm and chill.
