Whistling H Farms is a veteran- and family-owned working sheep and produce farm focused on pasture-raised lamb and fresh vegetables. The farm is located just 16 miles south of Aberdeen/Southern Pines, NC, and only 9 minutes from the Carolina Horse Park. The property backs up to nearly 3,000 acres of North Carolina Wildlife Game Lands, perfect for hiking, horseback riding, and hunting. Other activities and accommodations include: • 4 tent campsites (dry camping with compost toilet) • 1 RV full hook-up site (30 amp) • Walking/jogging trail on the property ASK THE HOST ABOUT THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES (additional costs apply): • Farm animal encounters • Horse accommodations • Farm tours • Pick-your-own vegetables (when in season)

Great experience. I camped here with my two teenagers and one toddler. The pine needle floor was so comfy under the tent. My one kid used a hammock, there were plenty of trees to use. Some of the sites aren’t as woody. The property is beautifully maintained. The animals looked so healthy and were so sweet. We had no issues with animal noises. They were a fun perk. Travis was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The compost potty was clean and easy to use. We will definitely be coming back!

So lovely! Hosts are very kind and helpful, great at communicating and giving recommendations. The space is shady and beautiful. Everything very tidy. The animals are sweet. Amenities fit our needs. Would definitely stay again :)

Really enjoyed this campsite! Travis & Kellie's directions were easy to follow, so I had no problems finding the site. The farm is peaceful, and I loved passing by the animals on my way in and out! They were communicative and quickly responded to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again :)
