Nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, The Meadows at Double Creek is a brand-new, small, and unique campground with a relaxing, country-themed vibe. Tucked between two babbling creeks, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and natural beauty. Wake up to stunning mountain views, the sound of chirping birds, the gentle gurgle of the nearby streams, and the faint crow of a rooster. Breathe in the fresh morning air as the scent of coffee and sizzling bacon fills your campsite. After breakfast, head out for a fun-filled day—explore one of the many nearby lakes, or try your hand at fishing or kayaking on the popular Nantahala or Ocoee Rivers. There’s no shortage of adventure: enjoy a round of putt-putt, ride the scenic rails, or explore local hiking trails. Whatever your choice, the area is full of activities for every interest. For dinner, savor a delicious meal at one of Murphy’s finest restaurants, or take a short drive to Andrews for more great options. Then, cap off your evening at Harrah’s Valley River Casino—just seven minutes down the road.
