2021 Vintage camper in Franklin, NC. Just under 1 acre with 300 feet of water frontage with tons of wildlife - bald eagles, turtles, mallard ducks & cranes. Very private but also only a few miles away from the historic town of Franklin where you'll find incredible businesses such as Bent Willow Coffee/Bakeshop, Lazy Hiker Brewery and Slanted Window Winery. Numerous waterfall trails, hiking trails, and rock climbing opportunities nearby. Camper is situated where the Little Tennessee River empties into Lake Emory. Camper stay includes all the fixings for burgers, glass bottle cokes, charcoal, lighter fluid, and enough wood for 1 campfire. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, pic-ic outdoors, playing horseshoes, cornhole and more! Catch a movie from our 1957 Chevy golf cart-a drive in experience! Driveway is very accessible, no 4-wheel drive required.

The Beddy at Lake Emory

We had a great stay while touring WCU! Lots of special touches to make it a memorable weekend. We especially loved the idea of having something provided to grill and being able to use the firepit, horseshoes, cornhole, and little car for movie night. Very clean and well appointed. Highly recommend.
