Cabin on Big Creek — situated on a point with the stream on three sides, near the confluence with the Dan River! Close to Hanging Rock State Park, kayaking, and mountain bike trails. The cabin features a queen bed, double futon, full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and heat and A/C. Outside, you’ll find a sink and shower with hot and cold water, plus a nice outhouse. There’s also room for additional camping nearby if a group wants to come!This stunning cabin has windows on three sides overlooking a bend on Big Creek, just before it runs into the Dan River. Queen bed, double futon, linens, heat& air, kitchen, outdoor hot and cold water and outhouse. Big Creek is cool and clear and perfect for wading. There are deeper pools on the bends for swimming. Kayakers can put in right there and be on the Dan in minutes depending on water level. The site is very private, but guests please note that the owner's family or other guests may also use the creek upstream a bit. There is plenty of room for all and still allow for privacy.

Queen bed, double futon, linens, heat& air, kitchen, outdoor hot and cold water and outhouse. Big Creek is cool and clear and perfect for wading. There are deeper pools on the bends for swimming. Kayakers can put in right there and be on the Dan in minutes depending on water level. The site is very private, but guests please note that the owner's family or other guests may also use the creek upstream a bit. There is plenty of room for all and still allow for privacy.
