1.64 acres with a gravel drive that takes you down to the pad to set up a tent or small camper. Please note there is no power or water access. At the bottom of the property, you will find 150 feet of Little Tennessee River frontage. You are welcome to tent right by the river, though RVs must remain at the designated pad. The site offers easy access for setup and a quiet, shady atmosphere with beautiful mountain views to the east. The property is located about 10 minutes from town, with a Thai restaurant just 3 minutes down the road.Camp site is 1.64 acres facing the Eastern Mountains, with 150 ft of river front down at the bottom. You have a choice to tent beside the river or up on the pad. To get to the river it is a decline from 2300ft to 2000ft. There is flat ground by the river. RVs are strictly at the gravel pad. There may be tenters at the river and a camper at the pad at the same time.
